It was a bit disappointing that neither the pool nor the hot tub were working during my stay and there is no desk person around to help you after about 8 pm.

Thanks for your feedback, sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy your stay. As a correction the above comment, our front desk is open daily 7AM - 11PM. The signage all around the property includes a phone number to call after hours in case of emergency.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights and I could’ve stayed so much longer! It was actually an accident because I wasn’t paying attention when I booked that it was in South Fork not Pagosa Springs.. but what a great accident! The view from Pagosa Springs to south fork are breathtaking! Drive the extra 30 min, it’s so worth it!!The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect and the bed was so comfortable!! We will most definitely be staying here our next time in Colorado! It’s a cute little town but it’s only 30 minutes away from the slops! The views are the best!!

I have stayed here before. This time I was given a ground floor room, right beside the only stairway to the second floor. There is no elevator. A church group of some 50 people of all ages, including children, treaded up and down these stairs, back and forth past our room, to the hot tub area, from 4:30pm - 10 pm. The breakfast begins being served from 6:30 am. When I would wake up to go to the car, there would be grown men at 6:10 am sitting there, waiting as if they were some starving animal for breakfast to be prepared. Please give the staff and other clientele a break! I hope this particular group reads this review and prays to their fictitious higher power, that they could look within to show grace, as well as respect for others as they should be taught in their gatherings. Please be aware whenever you show up in a huge bus with your name on the side of it, that every individual is representing said name, and please show consideration for others. Without these type of people staying here while you do, it is a great place to lie your head. You may consider a 2nd floor room, as well as requesting to be away from the stairway.

With our property being so small and not having an elevator that does make things a little bit harder. After checking in, I am told that there is no hot water. I made the commit I couldn’t take a cold shower and the clerk tells me I could stay at their sister hotel, 4Seasons with no extra charge. Yeah!!! The rate is cheaper here and for a reason. No breakfast, not how t tub… pretty much a cabin experience.

Hi Hilda,Good Morning.I want to deeply apologize for your experience with your stay. When we learned that our hot water heater went out our goal was to ensure our guests had a hot shower in the morning. We should have communicated better and still offered our guests that relocated to Four Seasons full amenities of hot tub, breakfast, guest laundry and fitness center at Quality Inn. Again I am very sorry for all the inconvenience we have caused and we are working quickly to get the new hot water heater installed.

We stayed here to be to be close to the ski area. I had always stayed on the pagosa springs side, but this was closer and their breakfast was awesome. It was just scrambled eggs, sausage and patatoes, bit what other place offers anything more than a waffle? 🤔

Stayed 4 nights on ski trip with my boys. Really good experience. Room clean and comfortable. Hot tub clean. Pool filled. Only 18 miles from Wolf Creek skiing. Breakfast was ok with lots off choices. Got us off and the right foot each morning. Would happily stay there again

Great Stay
This was our first time staying here. Everything about our stay was great! Very clean, friendly staff, easy checkin. Their free breakfast had everything you could want.

The room was just average in most aspects. The shower made a screeching sound with water coming out of the shower head (went away if you opened the valve to have it flow into the tub), and I find it hard to believe we were the first guests to notice that.

The facility was great, however, Expedia booked me for a town 2 hours away from the location I needed. Expedia has no service people to call for me to change the reservation. When I called Quality Suites they said I could not change the booking because Expedia made it. I had to drive 2 hours out of my way to go to the location so I would not lose $250. Bad expedia

Danny, We apologize for failing to meet your expectations during your recent visit to out hotel. This is not something that is normal for us. Our pool pump gave out unexpectedly. Housekeeping service is not provided every day to stayover guests unless requested. We service every 3rd day as choice hotels requires.
