The room was a good size, two queen beds, very comfortable. We had a lovely bathroom with a great shower and large sink. It felt like a newly done space.

Chambre pas trop grande mais nette et propre, tout y est, balcon, clim réversible très efficace. Petit déjeuner offert, très bien. La chambre n’est faite que tous les 3 jours sauf demande expresse. Hôtel « pet friendly », apparemment connu comme tel. Risque élevé de concert de vocalises canines ! Ascenseur très pratique.

being charged after I had paid for my stay. I was charged 60 dollars for pets and 6 dollars for I’m not sure. Was not advised at checkin I was being charged extra money. Dogs being left unattended in rooms barking, while owners are out on the town. Guests parking in NO Parking zones making it next to impossible to leave, no staff enforcing the rules.

Nice clean rooms. My building had an elevator, but not all buildings do. This should be clearly advertised but isn't. Staff is helpful (24/7 at the front desk). Have microwave and fridge which is useful.

I really liked my seven-day stay. Six nights were quiet, but numerous guests talked loudly in the hallway well past midnight on Saturday night. Breakfasts were great, food-wise. But on Saturday and Sunday morning, there were no free tables, and I ate on a wet bench outside.

The continental breakfast was more than expected! They had a good variety of breakfast items along with breakfast drinks- coffee, tea, oj, apple juice and other flavored juices. Our son loved making us waffles with their waffle maker. That was a huge plus! The room was just ok. They need to hire a better contractor to do better patch work and coverings around the walls. It makes the room look unpleasant. The bed was pretty amazing and comfortable. The floors outside of our room were damaged and stained black. I hope they replace it. It was gross. This hotel also allows pets so if you have children traveling with you that are allergic, this place isn’t for you. We could sometimes hear dogs barking at night. Overall, the pros were breakfast (waffle maker), warm running water, heater that worked very well and a great bed, and cons were all the above. Hope they fix the issues or at least make it look more presentable.

We stayed in the suite room. The hot tub was great, water got super hot. However I wish the hot water in the shower would get hotter. Bed was a little firm also but I like my bed on the softer side. Other then that great stay. Room was clean.

everything is good except for the AC. It is too loud and even as we turned it off, it always have those tik sound and it turns on automatically after midnight and startles both me and my wife
