'The studio space was clean. Appreciated the newer shower. We were overlooking the pool which was very clean and well maintained. The ocean was equivalent to 1/2 block away and the area is beautiful with great sand for walking the beach. Walking distance to great indoor /outdoor affordable restaurants. Only one suggestion…the sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable for sitting more than a short time. We didn’t sleep on it so not sure about the comfort of sleeping.'

'It was a great condo and at a perfect location. It was also great that we were allowed to check in early. This condo is located very close to the beach access and some great shopping and restaurants. The condo was very well stocked and clean and it had everything we needed. The bedrooms were big compared to other condos we have stayed at.'

'We enjoyed the place alot even thou it rained the whole time. What you advertised and the pictures were exactly what the place looked like. Needs a few comestic touchups. But overall was perfect. The view of both side of the island ocean was awesome. Would like a heated pool - Hot tub was good even in the rain. Will come again.'

'The resort was very clean and offered a nice view. Although the resort property is ocean front, the unit we stayed in was nearer Padre Island Drive than the ocean. Since we cooked in some, the pots and pans could use an upgrade as well as the plates. The swimming pool and hot tubs were clean and beautiful. The weather while we were there was a little cool for swimming. We had a great time with family.'

'We stayed here with three couples-it worked great with each bedroom having its own bath. Beds were comfortable, but sheets kept coming off (need bigger pocket sheets). There were a lot of bulbs burned out, especially in the bathrooms, making them dark. Bedroom shades didn’t work or were broken. Closet doors were off tracks, and main patio doors didn’t lock. We also found a broken glass under the bed in one room, and we cleaned a couple lights. We enjoyed the location and walking on the beach...

'The areas around the switch plates and doorknobs were dirty. So were walls and cabinets. There was no Kleenex. I tried to sit on one of the stools by the table, and it was too wobbly and unstable to use. The front panel on one of the dresser drawers pulled loose when we tried to open it. There was a handle missing from one of the bathroom cabinets. The light fixture in the kitchen was broken. The door to the patio was very difficult to lock. There was no lightbulb in one of the bedside lamps. We...

'This property was great for a couple. Beware there is a hotel / bar directly behind. So if you plan on sleeping early, there may be some noise. Other than that - location was perfect! So much to walk to. The AC temporarily froze, but after leaving it off for a few hours it worked again.'
