Fit our purposes well
Very convenient location for our weekend away. Property manager was kind enough to give us a first floor room to accommodate my limited mobility. Comfortable bed. The room was very clean but the jacuzzi needed some repairs and cleaning.

I guess we stayed at a bad time. The hallways outside our door were being worked on, the phone to the desk didn’t work, the cable for the tv was messed up both nights so we couldn’t watch tv. Our room was fine. Beds very comfy, the shower was great & the bathroom & bedroom were clean.

The property was very clean and updated, beautiful outside front door seating. Easy parking. Loved the rooms and the breakfast they display every morning. Would like it if there was stand up tall mirrors in the rooms but other than that everything was provided. Great staff very friendly. Close to beaches, Will definitely stay at this location again!

Good Value for the area
The property was in a central location near area attractions. It was clean, but dated. There was some damage to base boards in the bathroom and the air conditioner unit was very noisy. The staff was helpful and there was a continental breakfast. We would have liked to have been closer to the beach and nicer restaurants.

A very nice stay, but eat breakfast elsewhere
An older property that has undergone recent and good renovation (some more work is needed.) Not much they can do with the footprint (very small closet, small bathroom room) but have added nice modern touches where possible (non slip shower floor, above counter sink, room lighting). The best part was the very helpful front desk staff, along with the indoor heated pool. Clean, quiet (no pumped in music); the worst was the breakfast- bitter coffee, powered eggs, sugar laden yoghurt and breads. Quite possibly the worst hotel breakfast we've ever experienced.

List The Correct Name of The Place
VRBO did not give an accurate name of the place so it was difficult to find as the gps sent us to 2 other locations first. The hotel is nicer than most and has updated units. The doors need to be changed, but the unit was clean and nice. It has an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. Parking was easy but we were on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. I'd stay again.

The Ambassador hotel in South Yarmouth is a very nice hotel. The rooms are modernized and gets bonus points for having a medium sized fridge in the room. The staff at the front desk was very informative and friendly. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Nice job Ambassador hotel.

Overall our experience was great. The room was clean and so close to everything locally. I think we enjoyed the free breakfast the least, but that is just an add-on. We care more about the room, the front desk and the location. We really did enjoy our stay and look forward to going back.

The room was very clean and updated. It’s was a little Noisy with people in the rooms next to us. Area was close to nice places to shops. We did not use the pools. The outdoor pool was small and crowded and the indoor pool is very outdated. The free breakfast there was all carb loaded items Having the coffee was good. Overall we had a nice stay

Girls Trip
Overall we had a great experience. The amenities and facilities were well maintained. The rooms were beautiful and the staff was very pleasant. The pools and hot tub is a bit dated and the stonework was broken which caused the hot tub water to be cloudy.

We had a nice stay. The beds were nice so we slept well. The staff was the best. Breakfast was good but they need to clean a little more. Coffee not so good especially in rooms. The price should have been discounted considering all the construction going on but not terrible. Overall not quite 4 stars.

I was very disappointed and did not stay at the resort
I was called the day before my checkin and was re routed to a different resort mariner resort. The room was not to satisfaction. There wee burn holes on the sheets. The electrical outlet was broken and had holes. The ceiling was chipped. I immediately called and canceled and spoke with Dave and was forced to find alternative housing which set me back financially. I am looking forward to a full refund.

This Hotel Needs Repair and Remodeling
The staff was good. Except for the check in day, when the person at the front desk was not particularly friendly and welcoming. Cleaning and service were adequate. However it was unpleasant to say the least, to look for three days at the wall with chipped paint and holes, at the mirror with damaged frames. Moreover, the room that supposed to be for two people is so small that people have to give each other right away to be able to move around. The phone in the room is not in working condition (people on the other end cannot hear people who is calling from the room). TV Removed control needs repair or simply new batteries. To enjoy vacation one needs a pleasant environment inside and outside. This was not pleasant.

Nice indoor/outdoor pools and friendly, helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Hallway/stairwell were hot and outdoor smoking area was often populated. Better than I expected overall and convenient.

It was our first time visiting the Cape, but overall a good experience
My 7y.o. son LOVED the pool! People were nice! Just wish breakfast could've been more heartier, but we understand that because of Covid everyone gets the paper bag breakfast! Everything else was fine!....Also no microwaves in rooms!

Great location with access to upper & lower Cape sights. Staff very hospitable. Room comfy & pretty clean except for musty odor (covered with Febreeze). Carpet needed shampooing. we enjoyed nice, clean outdoor pool with tables/umbrellas. Fresh towels offered daily.

Handling covid nicely
Replenishing towels and extra bathroom items came in a bag at our door every afternoon for a contactless arrangement. They even maintained both of their pools to allow guest to enjoy as long as we social distance ourselves. No breakfast due to MA ruling, but we did receive a small goodie bag upon arrival for our stay, only thing I would change is for bigger water bottles. Overall it was a great stay.

The room was ok. My nephew was really looking forward to the hot tub that was not in working order. The advertised breakfast was unavailable due to covid. Which is understandable. They gave “goodie” bags in its place. For 2 ppl for 2 nights the breakfast substitute was 2 mini waters 2 apples 2 muffins and 2 bags of chips(?) who eats chips for breakfast? The area was good. Close to everything.

Very bad mattress ! No cleaning service ! We get charged for they was because the virus! Ok! But way charge them? No breakfast! They because of virus!ok but no suppost charge on price! If was because of virus we didn’t see nobody cleaning doors nobs in 4 days we didn’t see nobody check the water of pool etc!! Any way the room needs complete renovation! Mattress was very bad bathroom loosing wall paper! I tell you old building itself! When we ask for service ! Was me wife and two my son’s! Was cheep on towels and he hand one bar one little bar of soap for for come! We stay the for night and we pay almost 900.00 dollars between tax etc etc.., never again.
