'This was our second stay and this is a great property for a small family. Love that its ground level and everything was as described in the listing. We were able to prepare meals in the kitchen and the location is perfectly settled within walking distance of the beach and some shops but off the main busy road. You are able to hear the guest above this unit but it was not bad, if there is a large family or group above I can see how people would find it disturbing.'

'This property was not bad, just outdated. There was an odor that smelled like an old house. Once we got some plug in air fresheners and spray that was better. Everything appeared to be clean though. Location and beach access was great. Sliding door to balcony was rigged with a screw preventing it from opening so access to balcony was only available through the master bedroom. Washing machine sounded like it was on its last leg but got clothes clean nonetheless.'

'I was very impressed with everything. We enjoyed the views (ocean, sunrise, and full Moon!!) from the balcony. Had everything we needed in condo. Great location. Clean.'

'The condo we stayed at was really nice and very tastefully decorated... VUT the property charges $50 to park that is not bad if you stay a week, but for only 2 day stay was A LOT!'

'One of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed at! Loved all of it. We were at the pool and the beach constantly due to it being walking distance. The host always responded to texts quickly! There is a Keurig, bring K Cups. OR bring coffee, there is also a coffee pot with filters. Very important for sunrise coffees!'

'Great place to stay for me and my wife. Only issue we had was how small the parking spots are and that only owners are allowed to park under the building.'

'Property is small but just right for my husband and myself. Enjoyed our 6 days - we would come back. Enjoyed fishing and sitting on deck enjoying the dolphins and birds. Did see 2 alligators in the morning along the dock. The downside there is very little closet and storage space - so don’t bring many clothes - only 1 closet to hang clothes and no chest of drawers to store clothes. Outside dining area needs a fan - can get rather hot and steamy. Enjoyed our time and enjoyed and sunrises and...

'This was a perfect stay for one night. The lady that checked me in (I’m not sure if I even got her name) was incredibly nice. She talked about the upgrades to the facility. Just hearing her excitement for that made me want to come back and stay again. The rooms were clean. We were only 20 minutes from the beach. '
