'The apartment is very clean, well-equipped and has enough space to feel comfortable. Only problem: it is quite noisy. The road next to the property is very busy, cars and trucks pass almost permanently by from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. The provided earplugs are a nice gesture and very necessary. The house is not very sound-proof, every step of the people upstairs can/must always be heard.'

'We were here visiting family and the spot was perfect. It was easily accessible for a family member on a walker and was a great location downtown. The only thing it could have used was a couple more bed pillows, other than that it was perfect!'

'This location is actually a great spot. You can walk everywhere in town. Two floors give guests lots of space, along with the private balcony. Easy walks to coffee shops and restaurants. Lots of retail shops too. The host was helpful and provided fast responses when needed. If you're ok with stairs then this is the place for you.'

'We have only positive comments. The home fit our family well and supplied everything we needed. So close to everywhere we wanted to go. Absolutely loved the area! Acadia was a stone’s throw away and we enjoyed an audio guided drive on the loop road. Every meal we had in Bar Harbor was delicious! Galyn’s was a favorite restaurant and Cafe this Way was yummy also!'

'The property was beautiful, great lighting from the skylights, and great location. The only problem with this property is parking. A parking permit is provided, but there was never a spot available in the designated areas. We had to pay for parking daily by the hour at the Pay for Parking kiosks.'

'We enjoyed our stay here very much. It was nicer and much larger than expected from the pictures. Everything was clean, comfortable bed, large living room with multiple sofas, well appointed large kitchen and dining area. It is less than a mile from Southwest Harbor and easy access to Acadia. I would definitely stay here for future visits to Acadia area.'

'As others have said, the building is some nondescript, and the condo is up a flight of stairs over a garage, but the interior is lovely, spacious and comfortable. Plenty of space in the kitchen and a large dining room. It was very nice that each room had it’s own bathroom. The bunk room was on the street side, but seemed pretty quiet, and the other bedrooms were even quieter. The kitchen seemed well supplied, but, honestly, we went out a lot. 'We really enjoyed staying in this condo while visiting Acadia. It is conveniently located within walking distance of everything in Bar Harbor. This small condo features upgraded furnishings that made it pleasant to return to after a day of hiking and sightseeing. The king bed was most comfortable and the condo was clean and well organized for the small space. We also appreciated having a dedicated parking space. The owner responded quickly to questions. We felt right at home and would stay...

'The condo was adorable and had plenty of room for the 4 of us. It was not too far of a drive visiting different areas in Acadia National Park. We loved walking through the marina and seeing all the boats. Check in was very easy. Will definitely come back.'

'We really enjoyed our stay in this home and location. We had everything we needed in the condo. We did not hear our neighbors at all. The loft stairs are a little tricky but we had adult children manuvering the stairs so it worked out. There is a BR in the downstairs next to the main BR if you have youngsters. The views are outstanding. Don't miss a sunset. Some mornings there is fog so when it's clear you won't want to miss it. Beautiful. We would stay again and definitely recommend.'

'This wonderful apartment is located on the Quiet Side of Mount Desert Island, which was a big plus for us! As an added bonus, there is a grocery store (and a laundromat) 0.1 mile away. The beds and sofas are comfortable, the kitchen fully stocked with all the bakeware, cookware, crockery, flatware and utensils you will need. The bathroom is tiny, but certainly serviceable. And the owners, Tim and Sian are regularly updating and improving the property. Overall, we had a delightful stay!'
