To say the house was immaculate and clean would be an understatement. Absolutely loved the decorations and furnishings; bidets were a major hit! 'This is our 3rd year stating at the Spanish main in cocoa beach. While the usual condo we book there was not available, this particular condo was just as great! You can’t beat the location. The beach is amazing. The condo itself was clean and nicely decorated. Its close to everything…. A one hour drive to any Disney park. It truly is the perfect vacation spot. We even were lucky enough to see 2 space x rocket launches. The hosts were great and the condo was amazing. I would highly recommend this...

'Loved that we could see the water when looking out the windows. It was very close to our event venue, which was a huge plus and Great restaurants were right around the corner! The only suggestion I have is adding a full length mirror. Having 3 people get ready at the same time, all using the bathroom mirror was not fun! Otherwise, we loved it and would book again'

'Over all great property. Only issue was that there was no oven or enough pots and pans to feed the 8 people staying in the home. Could not cook meals at the house but we only stayed for 2 days.'

'There was hair on the king size comforter and on the sheets. So needless to say could not sleep on that bed and a huge clump of hair that looked like someone cleaned out of their brush on the floor. 'The Coco Sands villa was a great place to spend a couple of nights. It was walkable to the beach. It was clean and had a 50s/retro vibe. Our only complaint were the shades on windows. Because the window shades were vertical blinds with plastic slats and they had gaps, we noticed that people driving on the street could easily see in at night. Other than that a good place to stay! '

'This was a great place. Exceptionally clean quiet friendly. The pool was amazing the communication with company was fast and friendly and helpful. Watched a rocket launch right off the balcony. Very close to space center. The amenities provided by the owners were perfect. Beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, beach towels everything was perfectly thought out. 'Sfeervol ingericht klein complex met luxe kamers. Mooie ligging aan het strand. Faciliteiten voor BBQ aanwezig. Half uurtje rijden van Kennedy Space Center. Vliegveld Orlando ligt op een uur rijden.'

'Die Unterkunft ist empfehlenswert, wenn man zum Kennedy Space Center will. Sie liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig und mit ein bisschen Glück kann ein Raketenflug vom Parkplatz aus beobachtet werden. Das Frühstück ist sehr übersichtlich. Paken vor dem Gebäude war möglich. Eine Eismaschine zum Befüllen einer Kühlbox ist vorhanden. '
