'This place is definately on our favorites list. The view is outstanding. The patio is large. Grill is great. Furniture is comfortable. Tables inside and out are large. Kitchen well stocked. Roads are paved and not steep. No stairs. Beds OK. Only thing lacking are grab bars in master bath. We will definitely be back. Mom loved her mothers day trip with her kids. She is 86 and we are over 60. We played games, watched tv, sat on patio for hours, shopped, ate lots and slept. What more could you...

'Loved that we were so close to the water and the lake view. It was a very peaceful environment. We meet the neighbors across the street and they were an absolute pleasure and enjoyed visiting with them. They were very helpful as this was our first trip to that area. I brought my husband here for a fishing trip for his birthday and it was convenient to have a boat ramp so close. We found everything we needed in the home as it was comfortable and well equipted. 'We had fantastic communication from our host. Unfortunately due to a storm and a big tree that damaged the house prior to our stay we were not able to enjoy this beautiful property. We do hope to in the future though.'

'We had a friend reunion at Grand Lake. The house was lovely and a great fit for us. The pictures look just like the real thing. The deck and yard area is where we spent most of our time and it couldn’t have been better! It is a 5 minute walk to the docks if you’d like to rent a boat too.'

'Frank and Bao have created a great renting experience for their guests. We were surprised at how well stocked the house. Firewood, grilling supplies, even some bowtie of candy. We spent a lot of time on the deck overlooking the lake grilling and playing games. While we couldn't use the dock nearest the property, a very short walk around the block was the community dock where we did some fishing. 'One of the bedrooms had hard beds, but the rest of the rooms were great. The house was warm, but the temperature outside was over 100 which counted for air conditioner working hard. Over all we had a great time staying in the house and the owner was easy to get hold of if we needed anything. 4.7 out of 5'

'We had a wonderful time at this property. We brought our boat so having the dock was a huge plus. The lift is set up for a pontoon. The home was clean and well stocked with anything you might need. The use of the lily pad was a huge win for thr kids. They had a blast swimming right by the dock. The fishing off of the dock is great too. We caught catfish,perch and bass. We would definitely stay again.'

'If you’re looking for a place to stay on Grand Lake this is your place. The house was just as described, even better. You’re within 5 minutes of everything, restaurants, shopping, fishing, etc. A huge Marina in walking distance of the house. You can see the lake from the back deck. The Host was very accommodating and very easy to communicate with. I would recommend staying at this house.'
