'The property was as beautiful, convenient, clean, well-decorated and accessible as advertised. The location was perfect for walking around the neighborhood, to Highland Park, Mount Hope Cemetery and the U of R medical campus. We loved our stay here.'

'Cozy, clean and well located, short walk to Charlotte Lake Ontario Park. Great area for dog walking with views of lake. Rental was on second floor. Windows on three sides made it very bright. Small but layout and furnishing were attractive and well thought out. Generous sized kitchen. Helpful but unobtrusive host. I'm looking forward to staying again.'

We were there to visit family in the neighborhood nearby, and it was perfect for us and our 2 adult children. While the property is on a fairly busy street close to the freeway, you would never know that once inside the apartment. It's very quiet inside and is conveniently located to downtown and other local attractions. We would definitely stay there again the next time we're in...

The one bathroom is set up so that the bath/shower is semiprivate from the toilet and sink, so that's a plus. Easy walk to downtown cafe or church, and easy drive to Rochester. Great value. 'We had an amazing stay at thia location. We were a family of 10 but we were comfortably. The hoat was amazing. She replied quickly with any questions or concerns. Kitchen was stocked with different kinds of utensils, pots, plates, and cups. There were plenty of clean fresh towels and sheets. The neighborhood was quite and peaceful. I enjoyed sitting on the porch in the early mornings and late evenings. There is a playground down the street and toys are provided on the inside. The host was great...

'This property is super charming, and the listing is exact. Although the surrounding area may seem sketchy, it truly isn't. This apartment is located in a historical front of Rochester where multicultural elements are presented. The area is extremely quiet to be so close to the downtown area and Nick Tahou Hots is literally within walking distance. Rochester garbage plates, yum yum! The master room has a super firm, but comfortable mattress with a white noise speaker available to help ease you...

'The entire building as well as the individual apartment reeked of cigarette and marijuana smoke. The house next door is boarded up and the neighborhood is not great. The entrance to the building and the apartment had a very flimsy electronic lock with no deadbolt, which given the neighborhood is not ideal. I tried to resolve with both the host and vrbo and was given no recourse. We didn’t stay on the property because it smelled so bad and we were forced to shell out for a hotel. STAY AWAY!!!!'

'I was excited to stay here with my family, but pull up to a big muddy construction site, so there is no yard to play in like the picture shows, also understand that there is someone staying in the basement with a cat and a dog, and best of all was the man that came out of the downstairs apartment amd began talking to my 14 year old daughter and let her know he was house sitting. I contacted Orbitz because we will not be staying there, and they said the best they could do was to send the owner...

'If you are traveling with pets this is the place to stay! Nice, fully fenced, small yard. The place was casual and comfortable for the two of us. Check in and out was a breeze. Had all the comforts of home. Would def stay again.'

'We were in NY for 2 wedding ceremonies-1 in Rochester-so house location was very convenient-and one in Hilton-an easy 30 min drive. This house was in a nice neighborhood, clean and well furnished. We walked to 2 different breakfast places-Balsam Bagels and Liberty Family Restaurant-both very good. We enjoyed dinner at Winfield Grill which was also very good. If we find ourselves back in Rochester, we would definitely rent again.'
