'It was a cute little cottage. We didn't think it was cleaned...and having little ones, its important. We pulled the futon out and were surprised by all the crumbs that were in the crease. Also the fans were full of dust and a lounge chair was tore. Instructions were out dated..or not for that cottage. They instructed to leave dishes in dishwasher but theres no dishwasher. 'Upon arrival, we noticed that the property has a good size, but it requires serious maintenance and upgrades. The main issue we encountered was the poor sealing of the front door, the next day of our first day of stay the inside of house was full of bugs that entered through the gaps of the front door , and some of the bug were even in the beds. 'This is a very cute and clean condo and we enjoyed it very much. It's pictures are accurate and it's a very peaceful property in a great location right across the street from Rocking R to get in the river. 'This was the perfect place for my husbsnd and I to have a relaxing getaway. It was so peaceful. We saw so many deer and even a fox! The bed was beyond comfortable and they even had a step stool to get up on the bed. It is a tall bed and I'm a shortie. There were so many little extras and you coukd tell the owners are thoughtful and they care about making their renters feel at home. We did not want to leave!!!'
