'The house was conveniently located between Ashtabula and Geneva on the Lake. The view was beautiful. The instructions provided for the property and new outdoor fire pit were very helpful. The new stairwell down to the lake provided access to some stunning sunsets.'

'Just as we had hoped! A cozy log cabin with comfortable beds, seating (inside and on the front & back porches), and a spot for the kids to run in the yard. The pond in the corner of the backyard (150-ish? feet from the back porch) was close enough to attract some wildlife to the backyard and far enough to be a minimal draw for the kids. 'Had everything we need.We loved that it was right up against the state park.Walking distance to an ice cream shop and a brewery But far enough away from everything else. Had a nice fire pit outside. Downstairs in the basement you had a ping pong table and a card table. It's not walking distance to everything, but you're close enough within 20 minutes and the price was great.
