'Pleasant stay with beautiful views! Wayne met us at the entrance, check in was quick, walked us to our room, showed us around and brought breakfast the next day. Quiet spot. Balcony was perfect. Decor was a bit dated but didn't hinder the stay on bit. We had a bump in our schedule on the previous reservation and he was so accommodating, we were able to rearrange. We will definitely be back. 'can't say I loved the place. It's in need of some upgrades . The cottage was cheap and we needed a getaway. You get a little less than what you pay for. We stayed in one of the cottages up front. The London flat room. The room is drafty with gaps in the doorway. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The shower is tiny and you can't adjust the head so short people like myself just get blasted in the face the whole time. The mini fridge froze everything we put in there. 'This is my favorite place to stay in Eureka Springs. The Gravel Bar on site is always fun and the fire pit is the best kind of night cap. Some of the rooms have been renovated but some are the same old rooms that I remember staying in back in the day. '
