'We were on our way to NE Arkansas for an Eclipse viewing. I had originally booked a chain hotel. And then I found this little slice of heaven. Who wants a chain hotel experience when this is the same price?? Everything was just perfect. All the details were appreciated! Highly recommend. Do need to be able to maneuver steps to the loft. I'm one week out from knee replacement and managed it.'

'We stayed for a weekend with another couple. It was setup really well for a couples stay. There are two bedrooms, each very roomy and with their own bathrooms. We all agreed that it was really nice and roomy. We took advantage of its location being very close to plenty of restaurants and entertainment. It was outfitted with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!'

The number of beds advertised vs the number listed in the confirmation vs the actual number of beds did not match up. We made it work, but it ended up being pretty awkward. 'Great location. Host wasn’t good at communicating or answering and the place didn’t have a lot of basics like no bathroom floor mat for shower. I wouldnt stay again. Also charged me a 56 dollar fee after because a washcloth had makeup on it.'

'This is absolutely unacceptable. I had to go to the unit two times and I was not able to access the lockbox. I also explained to the representative when I called that I felt it was very unsafe conditions in the parking structure which was where the lockbox was. I did not feel safe at all with people that were hanging around the lockbox area. Also, I am an older handicapped woman and I was not made aware that there would be no handicap accessible parking, and that the parking structure would not...
