The so called "manager" did not allow me to have the jazzuci suite-i set it up 3 weeks ago-i called the week before going to pay, but the manager told me to pay day i arrive-but the front desk person said they dont allow locals-im 60 miles away in rulal lebanon-i did tell the manager this 3 weeks ago-since no note he refuse me-he was rude/wouldnt call the manager to proof what i said and then refuse to give me the manager or corp numbers so i could complain! Very upset, i drove over 10 hrs to springfield after my out of town job with my wife for my belated birthday. Not happy at all-took me over 1hr 50 minutes to finally find another jazzuci suite.?-other hotels i talked to didnt have this issue-so very horrible business

Please reference to the fine print on the 3rd parties website for our locals policy. It states in that section we do not rent to anyone within a 60 miles radius of the property. Signage is also posted in the hotel lobby regarding this matter. Management did not approve a local check in for this reservation. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused for you in your travels. Rest assured the property did not charge anything for this reservation as it was cancelled free of charge. Thank you.

I was looking for a decent hotel that was really cheap and decently nice and was actually surprised with how clean it was. We checked the beds and every piece of furniture for bed bugs and other bugs and didn't find anything. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hand soap were all provided. The towels and sheets were all clean and we didn't notice any stains.

I have Never stayed anywhere that didn’t have hot water! Both days no hot water. When I called down they gave the the excuse of the plumber has been called…. Later management called me and ask if I could help solve the hot water issue! SMH

The water in the shower took 30 minutes to heat up and didnt even get luke warm. When we got ready for bed their was hair all over the sheet that was not mine or my wifes. When we called the front desk all the offered was to give us extra sheets. We got a refund and checked out. Now the hotel does not want to give us a refund and are fiting it.

At check in i was informed that because i lived less than 60 miles from hotel, i could not stay at hotel! They do not allow locals no matter the reason. I had worked all day in the winter weather, pulled a double shift actually and just needed to sleep a few hour to return and open my store. I didnt want to make the 70 mile drive home due to being so tired. I was refused a room due to being local and money was refunded. I am absolutely dumbfounded. I will NEVER refer any of my business associates to this hotel.

It was dirty. There was hair everywhere. There was hair in the shower, the jacuzzi tub, the bathroom sink. The jacuzzi tub was dirty. It had sticky streaks inside. The man who checked us in didn't want to give us the room because we have a baby. Apparently he thought we were homicidal maniacs who wanted to drown our son in the jacuzzi. It was VERY offensive. The breakfast also sucks. It's just muffins and coffee.
