'It was good. Nice and quiet. The breakfast was so so. I was relaxed. There was a tornado warning and the front desk called me with directions to the storm shelter downstairs or I was able to hide in the bathroom which I did. The tornado warning didn’t last long. '

'At check in the clerk didn’t engage and acted inconvenienced and unfriendly, simply tossed my ID and CC on the counter in my direction..overall rude, IMO.'

'Everything was very clean nice rooms comfortable bed. Erika at check in was not friendly. Said good evening never answered me said i need your id and card. Was not sure what card so i ask she said the card you paid with. Very rude. I never paid i held reservations with the card was not gonna ask anymore questions she was ready to get me done. That is the only improvement i can suggest. I work in retail so kindness and a smile goes a long way. '

'the stay was great Only the price is most expensive € 425. for a week that's a shame € 250 is already on the highest side. but that's still reasonable. Corona is just being abused. and that's a shame. that's for any hotel in Springfield'

'The hotel had a great location near Missouri State University and Downtown Springfield. The staff were very friendly and efficient. I noticed some wear and tear in the room - the carpet and chairs were a little worn - but definitely seemed clean. I would stay here again. '

'All forms of transportation available within 2 minutes or less of front door or at the front door pickup area. Construction in streets annoying but slowly being finished. Assistance with extending stay smooth and swift.'
