Nice hotel close enough to st Augustine.
This hotel is just outside st Augustine. Rooms are spacious, clean and the balconies are a nice touch. Pool is on the small side, but the beach is a 2 minute walk away. Breakfast is good, service is excellent. Just across the parking lot there is a Publix, which is convenient.

The staff at this property is top notch—friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. We only stayed for one night but were impressed that the hotel offered beach amenities like chairs, coolers, umbrellas, etc. much more than you would expect from a commercial hotel property. Location is walkable to restaurants and the grocery store is literally across the street. We would definitely book here again

Hotel is very modern, spacious room, clean, walking distance to beach and pier. We saw a beautiful sunset there. Great pizza at 180 Villano Grill. Publix next door was a plus. Loved seeing all the wild roosters and chickens roaming the neighborhood. Quaint and upcoming area. Close ride to downtown. Would definitely stay again. Staff and Farid, the owner, are so down to earth and hospitable. Breakfast was great!

Hotel is very clean and everything looks new. Short drive to old town St Augustine or $10 uber ride. Publix is next door with a couple good restaurants. Short walk to the beach in one direction and to the fishing pier on the river in the other direction.

Everything was lovely- simple and modern, clean and friendly staff. They had a very nice breakfast too. Indoor heated pool was amazing in January and opens up in the summer. Wow. The room could be a bit cozier and have another chair or so for families but the staff made you feel you could ask for anything and they would have brought us one if we had asked. Really a nice place to stay. Will be returning.

Best Holiday Inn Express we've ever stayed at!
We stay at HIE's frequently when we travel. This stay was top notch. From the ladies who cleaned the rooms (ours recognized we needed an item AND brought it to us before we even asked!) to the extra helpfulness/friendliness/service of any staff members to the general manager (owner?) talking with guests every morning at breakfast (AND bringing refills/extras, cleaning tables etc!!!). Wow! Have never experienced this level of customer service at any other HIE we've stayed at. Excellant!

TOPISSIME
Je recommande cet hôtel qui parmi tous ceux qu’on a fait durant notre circuit de 15 jours en Floride est le meilleur. Il est notre favori. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la salle de bain aussi. La literie est confortable et surtout tout est propre et parfaitement hygiénique. Le personnel est très agréable et aux petits soins Les espaces communs sont propres et le petit dejeuner est de qualité.

The property is fairly new and well maintained. The hotel is a short walk to the beach and the view from the room was amazing. Kory called to confirm the morning of my check in with the hotel and ask about room preferences. Upon arrival at the hotel I was greeted by Kory and received amazing customer service. My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and mentioned to kory when we talked earlier in the day. When we went into the room there was a card signed by the the hotel team and a small gift for our anniversary. The great customer service extended throughout our stay, every team member we encountered was pleasant and engaged with us. I will be visiting this hotel again and will be recommending to friends and family. Thank you for the experience.

Me and my husband stayed 2 days and weren't disappointed whatsoever they are so kind and so clean the employees make you feel at home. It was a little cold at the beach so the reception let us know that the pool was nice and warm. The beach is within walking distance from the hotel Publix is next door making it easy to grab drinks for the beach. We will truly book here again 🙂

Excellent service! We wanted to visit St. Augustine for the first time and were hesitant about where to stay. We thought about staying in the historic area but thankfully we opted to stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Vilano. It’s only about a mile and a half away from the old town attractions and just steps from the beach at a much better price! The hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious, comfortable and modern, breakfast is included and it’s located steps away from a Publix. The staff is very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!!!!
