We our sorry that your stay was not a good one, only item I can come right out and address is the Ice Machine, we had it breakdown and there was delay in having new one arrive which it finally has, as far as the room issues and mattress pad, did you address this with any of the staff ? in any event what you describe is not our standard we appreciate you bringing it to our attention so we may address it. Our Lobby and side doors our locked at 10pm and opened at 6am, we have someone on duty 24 hrs a day, if need arises to come into Lobby you can come to Window and issue can be addressed and entry provided if needed, we our sorry for any confusion
