Dieses Hotel ist stilecht eingerichtet, man fühlt sich in die Zeit zurückversetzt- was sehr gut ins Gesamtbild von St. Augustine passt! Das Personal ist sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Das zubereitete Frühstück umfasste 3 Gänge und war grandios! Der Parkplatz liegt fußläufig entfernt.

Love the Kenwood Inn! This was my 3rd stay there and didn’t disappointment! The staff, the breakfasts prepared by Chef Adam, and Caitlyn’s Room #3 were all wonderful! Thank you Pat for a perfect Mother’s Day girls getaway at your Inn!

Pat and company were gracious and very informative of the surrounding area. She greeted us with a map of downtown St. Augustine and pointed out our areas of interest. The breakfast/brunch was amazing….even my mom loved it (she’s really hard to please). Perfect location and very clean! Thank you!

The Kenwood Inn is a beautifully restored and maintained historic house in a really nice part of historic Saint Augustine. We loved our stay with our two dogs. The room was perfect and beautifully furnished. Pat and the entire staff are wonderful!! The breakfast is incredible. We will definitely stay here again!

The staff is friendly and accommodating; the breakfasts are 3 - course gourmet offerings. The garden has a coy pond and salt water pool. There are only two bikes for guests to use, but most of the city is within walking distance. I would gladly return.

First time at a bed and breakfast and was so impressed with room and also amazing breakfast outside in AM. Highly recommend and when returning to St Augustine will come back!

This is an excellent choice if you like shopping eating and comfortable stay. The Inn is clean and staff awesome. Breakfast 5 star, is offered every day , and parking is free.

This was a lovely b&b and the staff friendly. The breakfast was amazing!! Unfortunately, it fell short in the cleanliness department. I know it’s difficult to keep a historic building up to today’s standards. But, it was dirty and dingy. :( The TV’s didn’t work, cable was missing and random cords unplugged that we couldn’t figure out. Although, it was in a good and quiet location. The bathroom was updated.

The Kenwood was amazing. The staff were top notch. The breakfast entrees were unbelievable. The only complaint I have was our mattress was awful. Needs to be replaced asap.

We had an amazing time during our stay. All of the staff was especially kind and willing to do whatever it took to make our time at Kenwood Inn perfect. The breakfast was delicious, and the house and grounds were gorgeous! We spend a lot of time in St. Augustine, so we will definitley be back to Kenwood Inn.

The staff were outstanding and their attention to making our stay special was their main focus! The property is quaint and immaculate and was everything you want in a bed and breakfast! The breakfast was a gourmet 3 course affair with unique cocktails and desserts that starts your day with a big smile! We will definitely be back!

Great place, great location!
Such a beautiful place nestled away from the hustle and bustle just a few blocks away. Close to everything in St. Augustine. The staff was fantastic and felt like family and sweet Kenzie filled my heart every morning. Loved it here and would come again!

Over-priced hotel
It was not a pleasant experience at all. There is no coffee in the room, the bed mattress was horrible and uneven. Room was small and view and balcony are not as advertised. No temp control in the room. The hotel had a smell. The parking is far away in a deserted alley so late night arrivals not very comfortable. The hotel is highly over-priced, not worth it.

Pat is an amazing host. She upgraded our room upon arrival. The gourmet breakfast was the highlight of our stay, it was probably the best breakfast I have had at any hotel/bnb. Parking was just a block away, but it's right in the old district so everything is walkable. Also Pat was just a call away if we needed anything. Will definitely come back.
