'It was a great stay'

'Perfect place for all of the dance competition girls to get ready - hair, makeup, costumes, etc and for breakfasts/dinner, showers/sleeping and socializing together as a group. The place created for a family setting for the dancers and a few adults.'

'Only suggestion I would have is adding more hooks for coats, towels, hats, etc. There are only 2 hooks in the entire house, which are both in the shower. The coat closet on the first floor does not have a rod, shelf, or hangers to hang anything. With a party of 6 and all of us having to shower and bring coats, it was a game to see where towels and jackets could be put. Towels were a struggle as we had to hang them on the door knobs in the hallway to try and dry them. For a house that can sleep...

'We enjoyed our time at this property. It's a great, walkable distance to the falls (you can literally hear them, and it's so relaxing!)! The house was great, had everything we needed, and was a good enough room for 6 people. Any issues were communicated to owner, and he responded very promptly. Improvements have been done, and the house looks very nice!'

'Great townhome and location not far from the falls. The host was extremely responsive to any inquiries we had. The check in and out process was easy and fluent. Our only recommendation is to have more seating in the living room and some night stands in the bedrooms. But not having those things doesnt change our review because everything as is worked fine for us.'

'Our stay was fantastic in this newly developed neighborhood. The house was extremely clean, linens were provided which was great, and everything else needed was also provided. The location was in great proximity to Niagara Falls, Clifton Hills, and shopping centers or restaurants. You can tell the house was a new build given other new homes being built in the development. 'Overall property suited our needs adequately. The property was clean but not spotless. There are a couple of errors in the listing - the is NO hottub and there are 2 full and 1 1/2 bath (not 3). The backyard is not sodded so just mud'

'To our surprise we walked into tons of stairs, so I must recommend that you state that on your listing, other then that the house was immaculate! The bedroom with the two singles are made more for children so as a 65+ old adult it was not so comfortable. We purchased some dishsoap and a dishcloth so that we would not have to start the dishwasher after every meal, we left that behind for your next guest! Also the coffee machine was giving us some grief, we think it might have something to do...

'This is the second time we've stayed here and it was the same both times -- perfect. The house is as beautiful as it looks in the listings but the photos can't show you how well appointed it is. Sophia has thought of everything you might need, whether a necessity or comfort. She's also very responsive and helpful. The location is really convenient to Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lakes (and super close to the Outlets). It's a quiet, relaxing place to be between sightseeing and other vacation...

'My husband and I wanted a little spot to rest while visiting all of the beautiful places around the area. This little place was the perfect size for our needs. It was pretty cold, so we weren't able to enjoy the lovely firepit or the grill outside, but we enjoyed the cozy indoor fireplace and sitting in front of it in the evenings while we unwound from a day of adventure. Would highly recommend this place!'
