The listing was accurate. The house was clean and spacious. It's a little out of town, which was nice. Close to Snow Canyon and not far to get into town. Would absolutely stay again.

Wonderful Stay
Our stay was fun and memorable, and having a beautiful condo was a treat for everyone. The kids loved sleeping on the bunk beds, sitting on the deck at night around the fire pit, and gathering for meals and games in the great room. A favorite was the pool and exploring Snow Canyon nearby. We’ll definitely come back!

Girl's Trip
Great place to stay with my friends from school. Very clean and lots of room. Chilled in the front room first night after concert at Tuacan. Cooked dinner on 2nd night and hung on the balcony with the fire.

The Condo was beautiful and very comfortable for 9 adults. My only problem was we had 4 bedrooms and parking for only 2 vehicles. The overflow parking was a bit far for the seniors!

Family visit
Visited a cousin and his wife that moved here four years ago - due to covid we finally made it out here and so glad we did ! What a beautiful place and prefect spot to relax. The house was very close to everything we wanted to see, as well as my cousins home. Kim and the crew were awesome to work work. Answered any questions in less than an hour or so, and check is was a breeze. I highly recommend this location and this company. We will be back one day, and will definitely use this VRBO again ! Made the visit so special!

We didn’t have a can opener (not even a hand held one) or a blender. 2 items needed and should be included in the rental. Also, the listing of amenities stated a drip coffee maker, which we had, but there was also a keurig which we would have really liked to have known about!

Overall a good stay!
It was overall a good time and a good stay. The place was really nicely decorated, the drive into town was gorgeous and the pool was great. The driveway and garage are SUPER small. So if you are going to have multiple vehicles, you will have to find visitor parking and walk but we were lucky enough to find parking each day that wasn’t too far of a walk. Also the vacuum was completely packed with hair and wasn’t picking up anything so we actually had to clean it out during our stay which was pretty yucky. But other than that, it was just fine!

Thanksgiving getaway
My family and I met here for the Thanksgiving holiday (there were 11 of us). We were impressed from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Everything was spotless and in working order, decorated beautifully, and every detail was well thought out. We had a 15 month old with us and everything we needed was there - baby gate for stairs, cabinet locks, pack and play, feeding chair. Kitchen was well stocked and we had all we needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal. Every bedroom/sleeping area has its own full bathroom and closet. The neighborhood was quiet and we never heard our neighbors. I could go on but bottom line I highly recommend the Ledges!

Great Place to stay!
This condo is located in a very cool condo complex, we had two pools within two blocks of our condo. It was quiet and very well-kept. The condo itself was decorated very nicely and was extremely clean. Very welcoming and great communication with the property management company. We are trying to figure out when we can get back there again, we had so much fun exploring Bryce Canyon and Zion. I would recommend this to anyone exploring the national parks, great place to stay!

The property was beautiful, and very relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked, we were able to cook all of our meals after shopping at the local grocery store. From the bedrooms to the dining room, this property will accommodate several guests comfortably. We had a blast at the pool and the pickleball court. I would definitely recommend.

Red Rock Roof Top was perfect for our extended family as we celebrated our son's wedding. There was ample room for 4 adults and 4 children. We especially liked having enough bathrooms as we cleaned up from our adventures and prepared for the wedding. We ate most of our meals at the rental, which saved time and money. It was both economical and relaxing. Thank you for helping us enjoy our mini-vacation. We would stay here again!

So much fun

Great Stay!
The property was great! A little far out of town but that was not an issue for us. The home was clean and stocked with plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, etc. We did have an issue with our key fab to the pool, I called the number provided and it was quickly resolved. There was only a Keurig and not a drip coffee machine which is inconvenient for how many people the home sleeps but not a deal breaker. Overall a great experience and I would definitely stay again.

This VRBO was clean and nicely appointed. I appreciated the lack of a long list of rules or notes about where the dishes go. At same area but different management had us cleaning, stripping beds and starting laundry plus a cleaning fee. I will use this company the next time we are in town which might be on 2 weeks!

Loved this property! It was spacious, beautifully decorated and had lots of amenities (even little things like hairdryers, shampoo & conditioner and bathroom toiletries) that made it feel like home. Everyone had their own bathroom (4.5 baths) which was great and provided additional privacy for those who needed it. It was helpful having extra dishes for hosting and lots of additional kitchenware. It had everything you could possibly want in a vacation rental and more! The property management was helpful and responded quickly to questions and concerns.

Peaceful and relaxing!
We had a wonderful time getting away. Amidst all the chaos going on right now, the condo was very beautiful and relaxing. It was so nice to be close to Snow Canyon where we could get outside and go on some beautiful hikes. We stayed in for all meals and it was nice to have such a beautiful well-stocked kitchen.
