Prettig hotel, op loopafstand van het centrum
Goede locatie voor het bezoeken van de stad en om als startpunt te dienen voor een lange wandeling. Het ontbijt is uitstekend verzorgd en alles is schoon.

Prima voor een weekje Jersey
tip: vraag bij warm weer een kamer die niet aan de straatkant ligt. Er is geen airco en met de ramen open heb je veel herrie van auto's die bij het verkeerslicht optrekken en soms geluidsoverlast van mensen die 's avonds uit zijn. Verder enorm fijn hotel, bijzonder vriendelijk personeel( meteen ventilator op de kamer toen we er om vroegen bijvoorbeeld). Prima ontbijt en diner, wij hebben vaak in de pub gegeten, klasse!

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located for the main area of St Helier and I was there for both work and leisure and was ideal for both. The food is nice in the bar and there was a good easy access car park. The hotel is however quite dated and the rooms could do with a freshen up.

A comfortable stay, and friendly staff. However, there is a function room / wedding venue just opposite that can be heard into the early hours of the morning. Even when I requested to moved to the other side of the hotel (graciously accommodated), I could still hear the party. Not a great nights sleep I needed.

The decor was a little tired, need aircon in the bedrooms facing the afternoon sun, a fan is not enough. The staff were extreemly helpful, pleasant and well manered i couldn't fault them. A large bathroom should have a walk-in shower as well as a bath.

The property is well located for shopping and restaurants. The bar menu is varied and the food is good. Staff are helpful and friendly. The only small thing is that the decoration is a little tired and a spruce up wouldn't go amiss, but it wouldn't stop us staying there again.

Central St Helier hotel. Very convenient, lovely staff, huge breakfast Room comfortable even if bed a bit small for someone who is 6ft 4!!

Nicest Best Western I have stayed in, which says a lot as they are normally a dive. On-site parking is limited though so be aware of this. Would definitely stay again!

Both my sisters and myself had a lovely visit the staff who we got to know, (too many to name) gave a 5 star service, they all went out of there way to make sure our holiday was enjoyed, service in the restaurant and bar, well, they all excelled themselves, so polite, you all should be proud. Food was excellent, we had dinner in the restaurant and also in the bar, would recommend this hotel to anyone, Not far to walk from the hotel to st Helier itself, also there was a bus just outside if you didn’t want to walk, my sisters and I said it should be a higher star rating, whoever is the manager or ‘boss’ you should be very proud of your hotel and staff

My only complaint is that the Restaurant was not fully open as it was early in the season. Meals, other than breakfast, were served in the bar and the menu was limited to the standard bar menu which had limited choice. However, the food eaten in the bar was fine.

Thank you for your 'five star' review. Our restaurant is served from the same kitchens as our bar and guest may also eat in our restaurant though many guests do prefer the ambiance of our large bar area when occupancy is lower, out of season. Thank you for your valued feedback.

Excellent value. I'd definitely stay here again. Reception staff was super helpful and friendly. Convenient to downtown St Helier while set a little bit back from main centre. The hotel is in an old building so the rooms are a bit of a warren, up and down stairs, and smallish, but very comfortable and well appointed. Nice bar/restaurant in the lobby.

The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly. The restaurant closed at 8pm which was not ideal although it may have been due to it being out of season. The water pressure for the shower in the 3rd floor room I stayed in was pathetic to say the least.

Avis très mitigé / very mixed review
Situation géographique idéale, accueil et service très agréable, excellent petit déjeuner. Le parking est un plus. Par contre, Chambre famille située côté rue extrêmement bruyante, pas d’isolation phonique. Très très sonore le week-end (circulation, vie citadine nocturne jusqu’à tard dans la nuit et tôt le matin). Salle de bain petite et très exiguë (même pour une personne… ) inadaptée pour une utilisation familiale. Chambre surchauffée. C’est vraiment décevant pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Ideal geographical location, very pleasant welcome and service, excellent breakfast. Parking is a plus. On the other hand, family room located on the street side extremely noisy, no sound insulation. Very very noisy on weekends (traffic, night city life until late at night and early in the morning). Small and very cramped bathroom (even for one person…) unsuitable for family use. Room overheated. it is disappointing for a hotel of this category.
