'Sunset Reef is fairly new with 7 suites - all with a view. The hotel management and staff are extremely helpful and eager to please. The food in the restaurant is very good. At check-in, we were greeted with frozen fruit drinks, cold towels and water, plus some fruit in the room. Lovely sunsets from the restaurant! Hotel beach is rocky and is being worked on. '

'Come for the views and stay for the breezes! Super private and very comfortable villa with a lovely infinity pool and nice outdoor spaces. We loved our stay - the kitchen was very well-equipped, the beds were comfy, and we appreciated having all the games, pool toys and snorkel equipment. Cassie was awesome to deal with and we enjoyed our little corner of St. Kitts for 10 days. We will be back!'

'So wifey and I got back from a week in St. Kitts at Penny and Rick’s amazing villa where we spent a week celerating her birthday. It's hard to put in words how great this place is. On the East end with almost zero traffic except for the other peeps that are staying in the area. Ridiculously quiet!! First off, the pool! Arguable one of the best private pools we've enjoyed in the many Carib VRBO's weve rented on multiple islands. Very clean. A perfect temo and a view of the sea and Nevis to die...

'I spent a week in Nevis in a private home followed by a week at Park Hyatt St. Kitts in 2018 and knew I wanted to return one day with my kids and that is what we just did. I loved the area of the Hyatt/Christophe Harbor but the privacy of a home and that’s how I found Nick’s home. It is beautifully appointed inside and out. 'We had a wonderful week. House was well equipped, beautiful and slept 10 of us very comfortably. St. Kitts is a beautiful island and we did and saw so much. It’s very easy to get around and the people we are amazing. The only downside is that the walkable beach to the house is not regularly maintained and had a lot of seaweed. We still enjoyed it and drove a few minutes to the Caribbean beaches.'

Could have used a few “how to” directions for door locks..safe not available for passports and such. However, Jeremy was available for any questions we had and was always pleasant.'

'We love Calypso Bay Villas. This villa was wonderfully relaxing. While no one was onsite when we arrived, we appreciated the easy communication with the property manager. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon when stores were closed, so we appreciated that the host left fresh food in the fridge.'

'Beware!!! Online they claim "you'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party" and reality is you're actually sharing the "home" with other people! After reading that i thought i would've been there alone with my party and there was no such thing, they had people their staying! Please beware guys, i booked and couldn't even get my money back and i didn't stayed there because i was expecting a little place for me and my family. I lost money and time...

'This property was a great location. Easy to walk to grocery stores and several restaurants as well as the Marriott. It was very easy to catch a taxi to get to other parts of the island. The grounds were beautiful and the view of the ocean breathtaking. We enjoyed having a kitchen and a nice view from our deck. '

'The infinity pools were clean, refreshing and beautiful. The beach was very nice and quiet. I woke up early twice, to watch the sun rise over large hills. Absolutely worth it! My wife and I went with two other couples in May of 2024. I felt like we had the hotel all to our selves. It was awesome! The staff was very polite and accommodating. Next time we plan to take advantage of more complementary activities at the hotel.'
