Very dirty. The “breakfast included” is just coffee and a couple of bad quality muffins. Bed sheets were very, very dirty. I do not recommend.

they had no drinking water/ water fountains and even the vending machine was broken so in the middle of the night I had to leave and buy bottled water. Not sure how they market as “extended stays” when their facilities are so limited. I had read that they had complementary toiletries before coming here and they only have very limited item (no lotion for example)

The card keys I was given had to be reset twice when I checked in. The door’s lock needed its battery replaced and even after that, took me 5 times to get the door open. The shower was permanently set to overhead so I was shocked with cold water. The front door of the hotel locks at 10p and you need your key card to enter. Too bad it didn’t work and if the staff wasn’t there, I would had been locked out for the night. The staff was amazing. Did all she could to help me out to the best of her ability and she is highly appreciated.

First, we had pets. I booked this through Expedia but it very clearly states that if you have pets to call the property and make sure you are within the requirements and you pay the fee, etc... I did just that. Called the actual property and informed them of our 2 dogs. They asked their weights and said it was fine, as long as they were under 50lbs. I gave my name and confirmation number and asked about the fee. I was informed that they add on the fee on upon check in. Cool. Perfect. We arrive to the hotel, go in to check in and get the keys. I ask about the pet fee and tell the desk that I need to still pay it. The woman was totally unaware that I had pets and started to get very huffy because they had no more pet rooms available. I explained that I had called and spoke to someone. I even showed my phone log to prove that I had called their property. She had to call the manager and tell them "just to let you know, I have to turn a room into a pet room" and was not pleasant about it. She ended up changing her tone and then being very pleasant and helpful and got us a room. The "free breakfast" are pre packaged muffins, nutragrain bars and packaged oatmeal, coffee, hot teas. Ok, cool. I'm not there for breakfast but it's a nice perk but Sunday they had nothing. No coffee, not even cups. Nada. No one was at the front desk and it was 10a. so we couldn't even hunt anyone down to ask. Seems as though no one showed up for work Sunday morning. A bit disorganized but it was fine

Staff were nice and the dated room was clean. But I measured road noise to average 50 decibels (on cell phone), as our room directly looked out to I-70, which was maybe 10 meters away. No one could sleep a wink due to the constant noise. I imagine rooms not facing the road are a but better, but be aware!

When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk spite waiting 5 minutes just being courteous I waited over 10 minutes not once but twice and that was just for checking in.. the first room that was given to me was an accessible room with small bugs hiding in the crevices of the shower, lastly the next room I was assigned it was fairly decent until I went to sleep woke up and saw a daddy long leg( centipede) sleeping right there on the wall just enjoying its stay right along with me and I always bring my own personal cleaning supplies at every hotel I ever stay at and none where like this… overall cleaning wasn’t good and neither was the front desk service your welcome!

The front desk clerk that works the evening /night front "customer service" desk has a horrible attitude. When asked for utensils, she questioned "staff didn't put any in your room?" I've stayed for a couple days now and all the other desk services have been a breeze. Not sure what her name is,she never has a name tag on. My first encounter with this lady was the first visit checking in. She made me wait for 20 mins (before saying she'd be there in 10)after calling emergency number when no one is at front desk. She came to counter and just stares me down with no greeting or remorse of the wait. She needs to be informed on what concierge is when working in customer service.

Upon arrival front desk clerk wasn't there. I worked a double shift so I was tired and ready to relax. Called on phone provided when staff isn't available. Staff with an attitude said I'll be there in 10 min. Went to my car waited 20 min. Called service phone
