Het hotel is uitstekend en mooi gelegen. De diverse restaurants zijn van prima kwaliteit. Personeel is erg behulpzaam. Een klein minpuntje. Jammer dat de kamers niet elke dag even gestofzuigd worden. Wij hadden donkerblauwe vloerbedekking en ondanks dat we zoveel mogelijk proper proberen te zijn was na 4 dagen de stoflaag goed zichtbaar.

We booked all-inclusive hotel here and enjoyed our stay at the hotel a lot, all the staff are also very friendly. We had the family suite with sea view, which is great to watch the sea every day, it’s got plenty of space for the three of us, our 2.5 years old son even had his own bedroom. Restaurants are nice with good service and good food. There are restaurants and shops around the hotel, it’s also within walking distance to Malta National Aquarium. We would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Hotel has renovated part, but some rooms from renovated part are quite noisy due to traffic on the road, Reception staff is quite friendly, especially Victoria and Charles Breakfast is a bit messy, not much choice of Healthy food there Sea view rooms are very nice!

Zeer ruime en comfortabele kamers. Uitstekende bedden. Prima gordijnen, mooi terras. Kortom alles wat je maar kan wensen. Enige nadeel was geurhinder vanuit de badkamer waar blijkbaar een structureel probleem was voor onze kamer want ondanks 2 interventies kon dit probleem maar gedeeltelijk opgelost worden. We konden wel opteren voor een andere kamer maar aangezien we 2 aanpalende kamers wilden houden hebben we dit beleefd afgewezen. Maar dus kortom PRIMA accommodatie.

The hotel had recently been taken over by Double Tree Hilton who have commenced some significant improvement works to improve the hotel and its facilities. As a result some services were unavailable including the spa and beach access. The works did not significantly impact on our holiday and enjoyment. The staff are amazing, Egeman on reception was very helpful and the staff in the two restaurants and bar were wonderful too. these included Rabi, Lorrenzo, Darren, Kyra, Jason, Ismail, Christine, Deosalyn and Marina. The breakfast offer was excellent, the cakes were delicious, lunchtime snacks / meals were lovely and the evening meals were great too. Looking forward to our next visit.

The gym equipment was very old & rusted. We had a sea view suite. Although spacious, the furniture was cheap & plain. Not even any pictures on the wall. When we asked for extra towels, housekeeping informed us we were only allowed 2! When we requested an iron & ironing board, the one we received was broken. A disappointing stay for someone who is Maltese!

Really lovely room and view. Great that the sun didn’t come into the room due to the way it’s been built. Staff throughout the complexed were lovely and couldn’t do enough. The spa is also lovely. Thank you dolmen for making my stay perfect and much improved compared to my previous hotel!

The property is not really a 4 star.I would put it down to the higher end of 3 star. The property has this private beach area called Amazona.The hotel residents can use the sunbeds free but have to pay €40 for the Balinese beds which is daylight robbery given youhave already paid to stay at the hotel to use their facilities.This is not clear on their website. The bathrobes are on request but also charged at €5 per robe for duration of stay to cover cleaning costs!!!!what is the difference between washing towels and robes!!!everything is extra!!! Extra!!! Not good for a 4 star hotel.

Wir waren insgesamt 10 Tage in dem Hotel und hatten alles in allem einen guten Aufenthalt. Zu unserer Anreise haben wir ein Zimmer zugewiesen das alt und heruntergekommen war ( streifen an der wand, eine alte Couch die fast auseinandergefallen ist). Ein Zimmer was unter keinen Umständen ein weiterer Gast zugeteilt werden sollte - meiner Meinung nach. Unsere Beschwerde an der Rezeption wurde allerdings ernstgenommen und wir haben letztendlich ein gutes, modernes und sauberes Zimmer zugeteilt bekommen. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Besonders gut war der private Zugang zum Wasser und zahlreiche Pools. Wir hatten sowohl am Wasser als auch am Pool nie Probleme zwei freie Liegen zu finden. Das Frühstück war qualititativ nur okay. Es gibt Kaffee aus dem Automaten, Formfleisch, Früchte und Obst und Müsli etc. Wie gesagt, alles in einer normalen Qualität eines kontinentalen Frühstücks und in der Menge ausreichend. Abwechslung gibt es leider keine, das heißt es gibt jeden Morgen exakt das gleiche Frühstück. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt gut. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Das Personal war freundlich und das Hotel war sauber. Ich finde aber das man für den Preis mehr erwarten könnte.

Hôtel extrêmement bruyant, on entend les porte s des chambres claquer à toute heure du jour ou de la nuit. Service à la clientèle horrible, nous ne nous sommes pas du tout sentis les bienvenus . Le matin de notre départ, d’accord il était très tôt, lors du checkout le réceptionniste n’a même pas eu la gentillesse de dire bonjour et de nous demander comment était notre séjour. Il y a quelques bon points comme la nourriture, si Vous êtes carnivore et la plage privée ou la faune marine est très jolie.

Ok but could be way better
Overall a great stay, a couple of annoying things. The faff with collecting beach towels from the spa (which is basically underground) rather than at the pool areas and the fact that they are the smallest beach towels I have ever seen (10 euro deposit per towel too). You have to request the safe key for your room at reception (again a deposit added to room). All inclusive did not cover all the hotel restaurants which was odd and the timings of the all inclusive bar up to 11 pm only but when requesting bottles of water to take to bed after 11 they were a bit funny about it (even though they don’t replenish water in room). The buffet was as expected - I’m not a fan and we only went to breakfast once. Cafe Delos menu is hit and miss - no salads served with any form of dressing but edible. The food was ok but not great and v limited. The pool bar and animation team were great, lots of activities and very inclusive

Dear Zoe,Thank you for your feedback. We are glad that overall you had a great stay with us. Towel cards can be collected at reception free of charge. The Euro 10 deposit is only put in the reservation and will be only requested in case of loss of the towel or towel card. Towels can be collected at the Spa or at the big indoor pool. For the safe it is the same procedure. The Euro 10 deposit, which is put on the reservation, will be only collected in case of loss of the safe key.All- inclusive is until 11 pm. Water is not replenished, but can be taken to the room from the bars.We are sorry to hear, that our kitchen did not lift up to your expectations. Thank you for your praises for our animation team.
