'I had an amazing birthday stay at this one-bedroom, one-bath unit across from St. Pete Beach. The location was unbeatable, with the beautiful beach just a stone's throw away. The convenience of having shopping and dining options nearby made our stay even more enjoyable. Celebrating with friends and family was a breeze, as we had ample space to gather and create lasting memories. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained the unit was – it's always a relief to walk into a space...

'Heated pool and backyard were the best ,We spent the entire month if Jan in the pool .The house was clean , plenty of utensils, glasses and dishes .plenty of frying pans and pots . Communication with owners was excellent when we needed a cooler they brought it right away .Living room tv needed some attention. Location to beach and a kids playground was perfect.Very quiet neighborhood and we felt safe . Pool maintenance was weekly .suggestions for owners they need new beach chairs and new bath...

'Beautiful view of the water, nice walkable location to restaurants and beach. House is not rental ready though. Washer/dryer does not work properly, sofa very uncomfortable, vice grip on shower faucet used to turn on water. Toilets clogged and overflowed for over 24 hrs. After 2 unsuccessful plumbers, 3rd plumber finally fixed issue. Note there is a rental property in the attached garage. So if you need full privacy, this is not the spot for you. It could be a great rental if the owner invests...

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this very nicely renovated bungalow! The layout of the 3-bedroom home was perfect, modernly decorated, and beautifully restored 100 year old hardwood floors. The back yard was gorgeous with a large in-ground saltwater swimming pool. The walk to the beach was short and easily accessible. We look forward to future stays at this property - highly recommended.'

'Loved the resort. I was hoping we could have stayed longer but we were checking into our condo. Loved the atmosphere, the pool, bar, and restaurant. Check in staff was courteous and quick especially at 1:30 in the morning. The kitchenette is nice with a fridge, microwave, and counter. Definitely would stay there again!'

'I loved this hidden gem. The location was perfect. Next to Crabby Bills, restaurants, shops, Publix, bars, family fun too. I loved the break up of this home. 2 living rooms and 4 bedrooms gave everyone their privacy to work and relax when needed. The kitchen table was enough room for all of us to come together and hang out and play games. The beach is a very short walk away and it is just perfect! Crabby Bills is always our favorite for peel and eat shrimp and drinks and to be in walking...

'We have been staying on Pass-A-Grille for almost 10 years now. We have stayed at many hotels, condos, and VRBO. Location was perfect. We enjoyed the outdoor dining space. We did miss a good view of the water, but It didn't take more than a few minutes to get to the beach. The one thing we did appreciate was the kitchen. It was well stocked with hand towels, dish towels, blender, coffee maker, soap, paper towels, and more! And they provided beach chairs and beach towels. Very nice place.'

'We loved the home! It's an older home that is beautiful with an amazing view of the bay and about 2 blocks from the beach. The property management stayed in contact with us each day as there was some repairs to be made as the previous visitors left the same day as we arrived. The washer was broken and they were looking for a replacement. We did not have hot water for the last 24 hrs we were there. We couldn't get the ice maker to work in the freezer either. I would have loved being able to fly...

'We loved the property. When we arrived, not as clean as we would have liked, communicated that to owner for him to address with his cleaners. Check in was easy and owner, Ed, was so easy to deal with and responsive. We loved the location and walked many places. Wish the weather would have been better, but we still had a great vacation. This property is for sale, so we accomodated showing and open house. We are hoping to return next year.'

'Great front desk and excellent rooms! I actually changed rooms to get a better sunset and it was no problem. Having access to Don Cesar was helpful and very nice. Best balcony since the Diplomat in Fort laud. 4 thumbs up!'

'Our room is clean. The smell was a bit musty as other reviewers have said little bit of mildew in the shower but overall a really clean facility. The pools and hot tub are immaculate. Beach access is excellent and the locations really good'
