When I checked in the front desk lady was not very friendly or polite.
When I went to warm up the dinner that I brought around 10:00 p.m. I checked in around 7:00 or 7:15. I believe I read the paper on the kitchen table that says call the front desk and they will bring you dishes and things to eat with. So being the nice person I am, I decided to walk to the front because I only needed one plate and one fork picked up the dirty phone outside that you have to press zero to get the office person and asked if they would bring me one plate and one fork, she responded with we don't do dishes after 7:00 p.m. which was odd because I didn't check in until after 7:00 p.m. to begin with so I asked how can I warm up my food and eat and asked where do the dishes go after 7:00? She says you were explained this when you checked in. Nobody explained anything about a certain time to get dishes!
But the odd part is if I lost my room key she would walk up front and open the door and make me a new room key. So why she couldn't walk up a plate and a fork is beyond me?!
Also, I have photos that I would like to send because I would like a refund for this room.
The air conditioner filters were clearly not cleaned. You couldn't see through them and I noticed mold on the plastic so I looked inside the AC part where they go more mold inside the vents, more mold and a really weird white mold, Big globs of dust and hair behind the ripped up dirty recliner dust under the recliner...
