“Extended Stay” more like Quickly Leave. Booked this quickly as a place to sleep for the night but it was gross. If I wasn’t so tired I would have left even if I lost my money. First as you walk towards your room paint is pealing off most of the doors. Then you go inside, furniture was ripped. Bathroom sink would clog up just from brushing teeth. The shower pressure was almost non existent and i even decided not to use the shower because of how grimy it looked Would not recommend even for those on a budget there are other alternatives on the same street

I stayed here with my son because it was close to my daughter and her family who we were traveling with while she stayed a few days with her dad. We found out after the fact that we did not get dishes, coffeepot because our stay was less than 7 days. I had to buy needed items myself. I will not stay again.

When I checked in the front desk lady was not very friendly or polite. When I went to warm up the dinner that I brought around 10:00 p.m. I checked in around 7:00 or 7:15. I believe I read the paper on the kitchen table that says call the front desk and they will bring you dishes and things to eat with. So being the nice person I am, I decided to walk to the front because I only needed one plate and one fork picked up the dirty phone outside that you have to press zero to get the office person and asked if they would bring me one plate and one fork, she responded with we don't do dishes after 7:00 p.m. which was odd because I didn't check in until after 7:00 p.m. to begin with so I asked how can I warm up my food and eat and asked where do the dishes go after 7:00? She says you were explained this when you checked in. Nobody explained anything about a certain time to get dishes! But the odd part is if I lost my room key she would walk up front and open the door and make me a new room key. So why she couldn't walk up a plate and a fork is beyond me?! Also, I have photos that I would like to send because I would like a refund for this room. The air conditioner filters were clearly not cleaned. You couldn't see through them and I noticed mold on the plastic so I looked inside the AC part where they go more mold inside the vents, more mold and a really weird white mold, Big globs of dust and hair behind the ripped up dirty recliner dust under the recliner...

We were late arriving and the check in clerk was excellent. Some of the other staff were not as helpful or pleasant. Hallways and stairs were unkept, never cleaned the week we stayed. Location was excellent for our trip. Room was clean, just dated and well used. We used the kitchenette, no sink plug for any sinks so made difficult to wash dishes, no dish soap supplied. For the price, was good for our stay as expensive all over.

Don’t buy into the pics!!!
This place is a disaster! The staff is snarky and rude, they don’t do any housekeeping, they tell you to bring your dirty linens to them to get clean ones. The furniture is disgusting and falling apart, the curtains are greasy and crusty at the same time (HOW DOES THAT EVEN HAPPEN?) and when you tell the manager, her response is “you are free to leave whenever you want”

The brand is very recognizable and I chose this hotel because of the name and pictures on the site. The room was nothing like the pictures. False. This hotel is very old. The furniture was scarred. The side table had white calking for a repair. Carpet old. The space in front of door had the remains of an old door mat. Nice for the complimentary coffee in the morning .
