Prima hotel, niks op aan te merken. Mooie kamer, keukentje, flatscreen en ontbijt. Niet twijfelen gewoon doen.

Een hotel iets achteraf maar als een je auto hebt is dat geen probleem. Groooote kamer, schone badkamer en kitchenette. Geen ontbijt, maar Wallmart + restaurants etc. in de buurt. Nette kamer voor verblijf op doorreis, verwacht niet dat je in een bruisend iets terecht komt.

I felt like I was walking into an apartment building. Seemed like people and their families lived there. Didn’t feel all that safe being there by myself. Great fun that I was only there for a night. The outside painting and Location is very good. Full size fridge, iron board. . Dogs barking, hallways dark and smells awful. Elevator, floors, rooms, hallways are very, very dirty. Needs proper maintenance supervision and attention. The smell of pee in the parking lot. A bench that harbours!! Reception area needs to be appealing, no where to sit. I spent 8 days and didn’t eat there at all. I believe there was significant investment done to the property but it’s very poorly maintained. I would not return or recommend to a friend., especially with children… sorry, just being real.., telling it like it is!! Clean it up and get a better score.,

Room is not well insulated you can hear the next room talking, people walking up and down hallways and slamming doors all night long. The bed is making so many cracks noises, mattress is uneven. The room has no hair dryer, coffee pot, cups, and shower/shampoo soap. No breakfast.

We stayed 9 nights. Chose this hotel because it had a kitchen. The first night upon signing in we witnessed an imposing disagreement between a resident and receptionist. During this disagreement we were “forgotten about” we had just left the airport and was very tired. We couldn’t walk out since we had prepaid our large bill. The stressful evening continued. My friend had a med that required her to warm to dissolve it to consume. No dishes or pots, we had to call down to acquire them after ringing to many times I went down to have them bring them to the room. The person behind the counter said she was the only person working and I would have to wait. We waited over an hour. Again no one answered the phone. Went down and she was on the phone. I stood there and waited for her to get off the phone or at least acknowledge me. When I asked when we would be getting the dish package. Her reply was “SHE WOULD GIVE IT TO ME TO TAKE UP” I told her we had been here almost Two Hours trying to get settled in and relax we were exhausted . Well it wasn’t over she brought the package to us with the comment that the manager told her it was not her responsibility to bring it to us. I wanted her to read the info placed on the desk that stated differently. The next day wasn’t any better as the two burner stove (the BIG Burner) didn’t work. 9 !days 1 small burner. The floor had not been mopped because my socks got very dirty. I dropped my pen looked under the bed. I took a picture, filty. NEVER!

Arrived and no water 😳 then was told overbooked for one and given a room with 2 queen’s. Went to 1st room and it was filthy and I wiped down with Clorox wipes. No outlets by bed for sleep machine unless you got under bed to plug in. Let the front desk no the conditions. Moved us to another room not much better. No remote for tv, no coffee pot and no hair dryer. I’ve never seen a hotel as dirty as this and would never recommend it.

Purchased no smoking room and room smelled like stale smoke. Staff was very nice, hard working. Maintenance of finishes in room seems deferred giving appearance of being dirty. I think staff cleans what is there. Couldn't recommend it. This is similar experience i had at a different exteded stay america minus the roaches. Last time for me.....

Bad Experience
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room appeared to have never been vacuumed, or swept, or dusted. The common area was also quite dirty and poorly maintained. The Trash Room was exactly that. It was rarely emptied and had a horrible stench coming from it. The Hotel supposedly offers items to "customize" the kitchen. But I could not get a toaster -- as offered on the list of items. And every time I asked for it I felt like I was bothering the staff. I also could not get a hair dryer. How ridiculous is that in a hotel? Lastly, the staff were neither friendly nor helpful.
