Booked an expensive suite but they put us right next to the elevator which shook the walls a night a could not sleep at all. Plus my daughter had a 15 hour gymnastics competition from 6am on Saturday. Came back to the hotel room to sleep but because of the elevator the room was shaking all night and could not sleep only to tell us innthe morning that all Suites are located next to the elevator. Also there is no ice machines in any floors so we had to come down to the lobby to pick up a bag full of ice. This is only a low class hotel does but could not believe also Hilton does this. Terrible stay. Would love some to call back from Hilton.

This hotel is TIRED. The carpet was worn, the heating and cooling is off. they have a air purifier in the room, but it still seemed funky. The ceilings in the main area were all damaged and leaking. Only 1-2 of the treadmills were working. The location is phenomenal and the people who work there are so friendly and helpful.

Located in downtown st pete, Stayed for an event at the nearby Tropicana Field. The stadium(home of the Tampa Bay Rays)is within 20 walk or there is a free shuttle from downtown on game/event days.

Convenient Location
The room was fine. I was disappointed to find no ice available except by the bag in the lobby. The burger at the bar was OK, but the flank steak was terrible, and I seldom complain. I walked over to Ford's Garage the next night.

Hotel was very clean and well maintained. The bed was really soft so it became lopsided from sleeping on one side, which wasn’t great for my back. And the little snack shop next to the front desk smelled like urine. It might very well have been cleaning chemicals but that odor, especially next to food, needs to go.
