We were steps from the beach, shopping and restaurants! Parking on sight. This was our 2nd stay here. Can’t wait for the next time!

My 1st time staying in clear water. I LOVED MY STAY!!! my only complaint is...I want real breakfast in the morning after hanging out at the best rooftop bar. Definitely planning to come back to the property

There was construction going on making noise. Not the hotels fault butit was distracting and took away from the GREAT STAY!!!

This was our 2nd consecutive stay at Pier House 60 in past 2 years. Our low rating reflects not fully disclosing additional hotel under construction by same owner that blocks entire back harbor view. We paid additional for balcony, but were staring directly at construction workers 30 feet across. Front desk manager would not adjust our rate to non-balcony, but offered to waive the additional 'amenities' fee which amounted to $96 for our 3 night stay. Upon checking out for our flight back, the desk person was unable to remove the fee, left note on our account for manager to handle. Called twice thereafter and still no resolution. We gave up. We like the location, however, rather disappointed in how rooms / rates were advertised, and how our situation was (not) handled. If you consider staying, AVOID balcony views, as most are now blocked due to new addition under construction. We will be back to Clearwater Beach next year, but will not return to Pier House 60.

Rooftop terrace bar very friendly helpful staff with superb views overlooking the beach and pier offering small food menu . Bedroom was super comfy and very spacious. Adequate breakfast served in lobby area with snacks available to purchase. No restaurant on site but lots of choice nearby. Highly recommend this hotel.

I had just retired so asked for a room with a nice bay view…they went above and beyond…we had a corner room on the 10th at the end of the hall from Jimmy’s Crows Nest…wow…what a view and so much fun at Jimmy’s…also, the staff was unbelievable…so friendly and helpful…we even met one of the managers, Sammy, one night…she had to be very proud of the staff…you guys made it a most memorable experience…thank you!

The property was clean, front desk staff changed 3 times in less than 4 hrs. We had trouble with our door and key cards; they just kept telling us to try again. We had to ask cleaning & maintenance staff to open door for us 3 times.

The property was nice and service was great it is in the middle of everything. The issue we had it was noisy and there is a new hotel being built next door so construction was ongoing from 7 am-6 pm.

The hotel is in walking distance of everything but the hotel itself is older. Overpriced compared to other hotels nearby. Nicer and newer hotels nearby are slightly more but definitely worth paying the extra 20-50$. This hotel is too old to be priced the same as the others.

This hotel was very clean, very close to all the attractions as to the pier, swimming pool was nice and warm, walking distance to beach, over all very nice place and I would stay here again..

The property needs updating and the breakfast could be better. You can easily hear traffic from the street in your room if on the road. It is a descent mid range hotel for a quick family get-a-way.

I did not like the fact that your staff kncked on my door for cleaning before it was time for me and my kids to leave. It was rude. I liked the fact my kiddos and I could walk everywhere we wanted to go.

I booked a room with an Intercoastal view. When we got to our room we had a view of a construction site. Thankfully they had another room available and upgraded us. The hotel is outdated but clean. Breakfast and parking are included which we didn’t realize. Overall, we’d definitely stay here again

This place was perfect! When we got there the front desk person was very friendly and helpful. Our corner room was big, clean and the bed was so comfortable. Great view of the water. Roof top bar was fun. Great staff, good drinks, beautiful sunset view! Easy walk to the beach, Pier, food, and shopping. We thought the free breakfast was just perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Pier 60 is in a great location, with a beautiful view of the beach and the marina. Staff were very friendly and the rooms were very clean. Would definitely plan another stay here

hotel was very clean, staff was unknowledgeable about several things. We faced the beach which also faces the street and it was noisy ALL night long. WIFI was non-existent on 10 floor. They said it was a problem on the 10 floor but couldn't move us. Bar is very nice and decent food, beautiful view.
