We never want a valued guest to leave our property with less than a stellar experience. We have thoroughly investigated the issues you raised and conducted a detailed inspection of the room in which you stayed.Upon our investigation, we found that the room did have extra blankets, the window crank (although older) closes easily, and the heating system is in proper working order. The lamp next to the bed does indeed have a switch on the cord. We are confident that these amenities meet our standard of comfort. I had my maintenance team check the hot water, and we found if you gave the faucets adequate time, the hot water flowed freely. They also increased the temperature (if we had known this was a subject of concern, we would have done this during your stay!)While we understand that perceptions can vary, we want to assure you that we strive to provide accurate information and maintain our commitment to guest satisfaction. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused during your stay. I am terribly sorry about any foreign hair, that is not our standard of service and I assure you that has been communicated to the proper channels.When you asked us for your beds to be refreshed it would have been a perfect time to address your other concerns as I could have shown you the heating system, lamp switch, how the window closes and remedy any hot water concerns. There are always extra blankets and a spare space heater in the closets, as well as in the red cabinets located in the breezeway that were pointed out to you when you checked in. When we receive feedback after the fact, our hands are completely tied as we can’t fix anything after you’ve left! We are actively replacing alarm clocks hotel-wide with phone charging capabilities in each room, my apologies a new one didn’t make it in time for your stay. I remember when you were checking out you mentioned the EV station wasn’t charging your Tesla, and we explained that we were working diligently on correcting this issue (they aren’t ours specifically) the chargers are managed by Duke Energy. We value your input and hope for the opportunity to better meet your expectations in the future.
