this property need to be more cleaning the areas just smell very bad and the rooms as well in the lobby area say non smoking area and one guy was in front door just smoking. The humidity was very horrible in the room we all just terminated with allergies that is horrible :(

Several cockroachs seen crawling across the floor at 11 at night while using the restroom. Let the front desk know and was provided a can of big spray and was told sorry. Then when checking out in the morning and again relaying the bug problem but was this time ignored and completely disregarded my complaints and tolde to call the number on the wall and he would answer and do nothing about it. If you like roches and disrespectful employees then book a room ASAP.

Very old and not updated. Room smelt musty and stinky like a bowling alley. Overall stay was ok, not preferred. Woke up to guy that stayed at hotel who had his tires slashed by a prostitute who had approached him the night before that he turned away. Do not recommend this place.

My Check-in was pretty good, the lady was super gentle. However my room was full of cockroaches, I remember killing 7, I woke up in the morning and there was one on the bed. The breakfast was okay. The Check-out guy was super rude. NOPE!

We were afraid to even open the refrigerator! WHO knows what we would’ve found! If we could rate negative scores….WE WOULD! The site photos need MAJOR UPDATES IMMEDIATELY! Bait & Switch at it’s finest! I’m so embarrassed & furious that we spent a dime here let alone XXX! And my family think it’s funny that I travel with a WHOLE system including my own bedding! And yes I used everything on this disgusting room! Owners should be absolutely ashamed! My husband slept in the sheet ( OURS) covered chair. Moved the bed from the wall because who knows how many critters are behind the painting over the bed. I am so ANGRY that we wasted our hard earned money!!! XXX May not be much to you BUT it does to us!!!!!!! I feel like fighting this for our money back! On principle & respect for other customers, I really feel like going to the next level to expose this XXXX! I woke up very sore throat & coughing up thick yellow mucus!!! My husband was up early the next coughing up thick black & light yellow mucus! Sore throat and runny nose! There definitely were none of these issues BEFORE arriving to your hotel!

The property is close to a PSTA complex, making getting around pretty convenient. Breakfast and the staff in general were accommodating and friendly. The only issue I had was the thunderous noise (from 10pm-4am) coming from the upstairs neighbour. I raised the issue with the night staff and was pleased to find the issue resolved the next night. For the value and location, I would recommend this Super 8.

First king room we got checked into reeked of weed… the person down the hall was definitely heavily smoking it. We changed rooms, the new room the sheets had blue ink all over them but we stayed in this room cause it smelled drastically better… The bathroom door had a large hole it it… Showering puddles completely go over cause the curtain covers nothing to avoid soaking the entire bathroom floor. First day we went for breakfast at 8 and nearly everything was empty. We’re extremely itchy post stay and discovered fleas. Honestly didn’t think a 6/10 rating could be as bad as this place was. Service was the only positive- everyone at front desk was nice and accommodating, especially the man.

The building is very old, the carpets are stained and the room has a weird smell. The breakfast was disappointing too, the cereals looked like they were there for months as they were not crunchy. The only food that was eatable are the toasts and yogurt. The staff was helpful though and they were doing their best for the customers.

Friendly helpful staff. Clean rooms with room service every day. Indoor connecting corridors with lift/ elevator. Simple but quite sufficient cereal, toast, pastries, yogurt breakfast with coffee and fruit juice. Would stay there again.

We appreciate your business however, we do not appreciate trouble makers and individuals who have had disturb the peace multiple times in a three day period. We are always welcoming towards all guests but the reciprocation must be shown back. Again, in respect to our establishment it was not kind of you to destroy our room during youyr three night stay.
