'Location, location, location! If you are looking to enjoy downtown St. Pete and all it has to offer, this place is a wonderful place to stay as a base! You can get to most everything in a 5 minute drive or a lovely leisurely walk. Minutes from the Vinoy, Straub Park and the Pier. We dined at several local restaurants via a 5 minute uber/lyft ride. The owners were very accommodating and easy to work with. Even allowing us more time to park 1 car while we brunched on Sunday after checking...

'Had to be in the area for 2 weeks and found this gem. It has been professionally decorated and is very cozy with so many seating areas inside and out. This home sits in a quiet neighborhood just a block from the main arteries that can get you downtown or to the beach. Of special note, the air conditioning quit working in the middle of our stay and the owner was so fast to deliver. The owner responded almost immediately to our texts and had someone out within 2 hours to fix it! Outstanding...

We spent a lot of our time at Fort Desoto and I highly recommend checking it out! Best of all our pups had a great time and this home allowed them to enjoy with us. 'Our family of 5 was in town for the Clearwater Invitational College softball tournament. We were immediately impressed with how clean the house was. The nice sized 4 bedrooms were very comfortable while providing us all those moments to ourselves when needed. Although the weather did not cooperate like we wanted the outside area is adorable....the perfect place to gather for a fun drink, night of fireside chats or a game of volleyball! One of our family members has limited mobility so it was...

'Easy check-in. Dylan was very responsive. There were a few things that need a screw replaced or tightened but I’m sure that will be fixed soon. House was very clean, nicely furnished and had ample space for our family of 7. Kitchen had everything we needed and there is driveway parking. The immediate neighborhood wasn’t the greatest but it is a quick drive to everywhere you’d want to go in St Pete!'

'I really enjoyed staying on a boat. It is docked at a nice marina and stores & family restaurants are walking distance. I would have coffee on the strern every morning & had my own rooftop bar on the upper deck to watch the sun set.'
