'My second time staying at this property. The location in West End Greenville cannot be beat. And it includes TWO parking spaces, which are at a premium when Artisphere comes to town. Easy walk to Falls Park on the Reedy, or to a Greenville Drive baseball game. (Be forwarned: you WILL hear Fireworks on Friday nights when the Drive are in town!) 'This was our second stay at this home, though last time we were on the other side of the duplex. It is comfortable and had everything we needed for a visit with our son's family nearby. Good communication with the owner re: an issue with the washer which we did not need anyway but it was nice of him to let us know. An awning or some sort of covered entrance over the front door would be nice - we got soaked when a storm came through while we were unloading. It also needs more than one mirror so...

'Easy walk to the west end and the start of beautiful downtown Greenville. Intersection has the potential to be a little noisy, but did not interrupt sleep. Modern kitchen, and all the amenities. Sleeps four but only if they are couples. Beds were very comfortable. Overall better than average experience.'
