'Really enjoyed my stay at Willa Cztery Pory Roku. About 25 minutes from start of Kościeliska Valley , and 15 minutes drive from Zakopane. My only negative point is that only one sachet of 3in1 coffee and one sachet of wild strawberry was at the room (i was staying 3 nights).And no cup , just a glass. But overall i had a really good stay.'

'This place has everything you need. Nice location, views of the mountains from outside, secure off road parking, a shared kitchen and comfy beds with en-suite shower. Just be aware that if you pay in advance on Hotels.com the accommodation website also asks for payment and I paid again without realising. When I discovered the mistake the owner made sure I received the money back before I left. Only think that could maybe be improved is the WiFi which was at times quite slow but it did always...

'Room is a little awkwardly shaped because of the ceiling i.e the bathroom door doesn’t open up all the way because of it. Large parking lot but if you leave and come back in the afternoon it may be hard to find a spot because everyone from the aqua city parks there. I would suggest a few designated spots for hotel guests. Every staff member was great, the restaurant food was delicious, and breakfast was very good! '

'Lovely staff, great breakfast and super clean hotel. However, we were allocated one of the top floor rooms, with a pitched roof and this proved to be a challenge for my son and husband, who are both over 6ft tall. We couldn’t relax on the sofa as we had a slope behind our head, the men couldn’t take a bath or a shower as there wasn’t any head room and getting in and out of bed resulted in banging our heads. Perhaps the hotel could look at ways to remodel the rooms, so that instead of tucking...

'Recommend to update the couches, they were well used and stained. Otherwise the stay was great. Note this resort is a bit far from the centre of town and requires a car or use of taxi to get around.'
