'When we first began traveling after my husband retired, we felt like Best Western was the right choice for our hotel stops. Rooms had what we needed and the price was reasonable. But the past few years the quality of places has really fall en. More often than ever, there is something that needs repaired in our room. Usually its the bathroom. But second place comes the heater/airconditioner. We have put a few Best Westerns on our never to return list. A few nights ago was one of the worst...

'It’s supposed to be “secure” facility, but we noticed that the staff had a habit of leaving gates open ( so they can come in and out without swiping their card). We’ve seen hotel staff enter and/or exit supposedly secure gates and leave it open. It’s supposed to be secured shut and can only be accessed by the room card. Perhaps, retraining or a refresher on safety is in order?'

'The only real complaint I have is that the wifi is a bit shaky here and there, due to the construction and thickness of the walls, which is a great thing. Other than that, the room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. I'd highly recommend this place, especially at the price point. Thanks you to the staff and management.'
