Prima hotel
Prima hotel en mooie kamer. Goede locatie als je naar The Stockton Globe gaat. De bedden zijn wel erg hard en er zit een brandmelder boven het bed die elke paar seconden knippert. Hierdoor hebben wij niet goed geslapen. De foto's die hierbij staan van het mooie strand en de pier zijn wat misleidend, aangezien dit een half uur verderop ligt met de auto. Niet bij het hotel dus!

food is not good. no mini fridge in the room. rate not for the value. I guess not many choices in Middlesborough so they can charge whatever they can.

We only stayed one night here but the hotel was lovely. the staff were so friendly. breakfast was self serve buffet but there was a good choice and well cooked. we found the hotel room a little warm during the night but that is a personal thing others might find it ok

Restful stay
Beautiful hotel , very friendly and chatty staff from cleaners to reception. Breakfast was gorgeous. Only 2 things weren't suitable for me, bed too hard so didn't sleep well plus the windows don't open which had me panicking a wee bit

Great service
Lovely hotel , upgraded us at it was my birthday and gave us a complimentary drink. Room was great and breakfast lovely . On the downside didn’t sleep great as the bed was quite hard and the smoke detector had a flashing red light which was above the bed

Always stay at the hamilton when I'm in the area. Staff are very welcoming and always willing to help make sure we have a pleasant stay.

Business stay
Only here for a night on business but found hotel to be comfortable, staff that I met all lovely. Has a small fitness room which I availed myself of and breakfast buffet had everything on offer. Has own car park - charges apply. Minutes to walk to Stockton town centre - have to say its seen better days!

We used this hotel as a convenient place to stay to spend new year with family near Middlesbrough. Our twin room had 2 good sized beds, very large tv, generous bathroom with large walkin shower. Breakfast was served in a large room with buffets for types of breakfast foods. Only fault ,only scrambled eggs served which were overcooked in heated trays. Generally the hotel was very quiet and comfortable. We would stay in this hotel again.

Hotel is very convenient for visiting Stockton on Tees. Have visited the hotel over 10 times now since it opened. Seems like a little maintenance is required in certain areas. Breakfast bakery items did not seem as fresh as previous stays. Would still use the hotel again though.

Very clean, polite staff, good breakfast, great WiFi, and close to a lot of shops, places for activities and nice view. And finally Tim and Sharon were great they deserve a raise.

Nice modern hotel
Nice, modern hotel. Great breakfast too. Bathroom could use a deep clean to sort out some small issues with dirty grouting and sealant. Beds are rock hard but pillows soft, go figure?

Easy to park , it's £7.00 for 24 hrs. Check in by Tim was perfect. He was friendly , welcoming and helpful. Asked which floor we would like and was given a top floor river view. The room was spacious and had everything we required. Breakfast was plentiful, buffet style but very nice and lots of choice. Will definitely stay again . 😊
