'Property is exactly as listed. No joke, big property, pond, beautiful house, secluded, yet close to shopping. Had a great time chilling by the fire pit, watching movies on the home theater set up. Owners are right in town and helped us answer a question, text notifications when lawn maintenance coming, etc. Could not have been better hosts. We drove (1 hour) to downtown Cleveland for the museums on the first day. Went to the Cuyahoga Nat. Park and hiked to Branywine waterfall the next day....

'We were notified in advance and switched to a different house on the property. Beautiful house in great location. Kitchen could have been equipped better with basic cooking utensils (or drawers labeled to aid finding), but otherwise great stay and responsive host.'

'Cottage is very clean with one exception, the exhaust fan in the bathroom could use a little attention. I was excited because it was described as a "Lakeside cottage", but the outside really needs some TLC. Nice if you are the indoor type, but not much outside appeal.'

'Rented this place over Christmas holiday for for extended family to stay while in the area visiting parents. Very clean, newly renovated, lots of room, sleeps 8. In a great location close to groceries, shopping, national park, Hudson, Peninsula, Kent, Akron. Would definitely stay again the next time we are in town.'
