Our stay was comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable but in need of some updates and re-painting. Jojo, the guest service manager, and pretty much everything else was very attentive and accommodating. He really tried his best with what he could offer. Holiday Inn owners should pay that man more. This location could do a little better with the breakfast options, especially since the pancake machine was out of service.

Overall it was a good experience, my wife liked the breakfast a lot, we love the pool for our kid. The only thing that I didn't like was the noise early in the morning say 3 am and 4 am but I understand it's out of you control.

Property staff was nice and accommodating. The only thing was our room smelled like old mildew and the first night we stayed my family and I woke up coughing and sneezing. We asked to change to another room in which the property management team was happy to accommodate. However, once we got back to our room, our new room, it has to smell old and like mildew there was creeks on the ceiling and tape on the AC units overall 3.5 stars probably wouldn’t stay again. It was a nice location right outside the Pocono mountains if you wanted to stay outside of the resorts.

fire alarms went off 3 times within in about an hour. manager on duty would just override the alarm. For a newer hotel this was not the experience we had envisioned. The hot tub was closed and the next morning when we were going to let our kids swim in the pool it was closed.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for three nights. The location of the hotel is very convenient to shopping, food, ski and water parks. Our room was clean. The pool at the hotel was out of service for two days for some hours. We left the hotel for lunch and when we returned we could not enter our room, we had to go back down to the front desk and was told that our key card was wiped out completely. The lady at the front desk had to reactivate our key cards. Upon check out my husband forgot his jewelry in the room. He called the hotel the same day and they stated to him that housekeeping did not find anything left in the room. My husband ask if they could check the room again and he told them exactly where it was placed and left. The housekeeping manager stated that she searched the room again and she did not find it. My family and I would not be staying at this hotel again.

Mediocre hotel with unhelpful front desk staff
The hotel was average. I think the price was insane for the mediocracy of the hotel. The pool left my kids all scratched up because the entire side and bottom was a rock like substance. The hot tub was not operating. We were right by the elevator so all night all you could hear was the elevator. The bed was very uncomfortable and hard. Probably one of the worst hotel beds i have slept in. Upon check in i asked the front desk if they had any carts because we had a lot of items to carry and she said she had another staff member going to get carts off of floors. I waited and waited and a man walked in and was given a cart by another staff member almost immediatly and was then told there were no other carts. I was alsk asked for a card they could keep on file in case of accidentals. I was never told they would be holding $100 on my debut card. This information should be disclosed. Now i am still waiting 4 days later for the amount to come off of my bank account. Overall the hotel was pretty clean. No issues with that, but again nothing special for the almost $300 for one night in a average part of the town where you have to drive 20min to get to anything. Not sure i would stay here again and would find somewhere nicer and closer to things for the same amount of money.

Unable to accommodate a change of room when we weren’t happy with the gas smell in our room. We understand sometimes it’s hard and the hotel is booked but for what we are paying there has to be room for understanding and trying to at least accommodate… what are we paying for then ? Luckily able to find another hotel who was very accommodating in such short notice. Now I’m waiting on my refund from Expedia

We had a great stay here! Tara at the front desk was so welcoming and kind. She made us feel right at home. The rooms were comfortable and immaculate. Plenty of room for us and the kids. The breakfast was delicious and fresh and everyone working there was beyond helpful and nice, we utilized both the gym in the pool and my kids had a great time. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! The location is perfect when visiting the Pocono Mountain area

We had a very good experience in our 3-night stay in the hotel. It is very clean. There is a wide assortment of choices for breakfast. Overall, the hotel is run very efficiently. We would like to commend Jojo the Manager for doing a splendid job in attending to our personal concerns. Will definitely book in this hotel again in the future.
