'Amazing property. So much room and beautiful views. Hot tub to die for. Super comfy beds. Board games and DVDs galore. Helen was brilliant, the info pack sent before arrival was amazing. A lifesaver for securing a taxi during the train strikes! Our little furry visitor raffa was a delight. Everything was perfect. Thanks Helen x'

'We spent a wonderful few days in this simple but pleasant converted barn. The location in the orchard of Tudor West Stow Hall was lovely especially with the fruit trees in full bloom. Communication with proprietor Eileen was very pleasant and her welcoming brownies a real treat.'

'Parts of the house have been nicely decorated, but the lounge is tiny with barely room for 3 people, considering there are 4 double rooms. The Kitchen is really well equipped. The location is central, but the house is situated on a social housing estate. We worried about security/safety but were surprised how quiet it was at night. Some clever photographs make it look more modern than it is.'

'The property is in an excellent position, close to shops, restaurants and the beach, there was parking outside. The bedding and bathrooms were clean however the carpets and upholstery was very stained/dirty. The fridge door was difficult to open as it has no handle, I realise it didn't quite fit into the space but even a stick on handle on the door would have helped. The courtyard garden was unloved and the patio furniture was dirty. The flowerpots outside the front door were full of weeds,...

'Despite a small mix up with the cleaners not having been booked in (and finding a rotting banana skin in the bedroom drawer even after the cleaners had been in!), the accommodation contains everything you need and is perfect for a family break. Could do with a more detailed information pack perhaps with some details of local attractions. It was really expensive to go swimming. (think we paid about £17 for 4 of us to use the pool for 45 minutes). But its a nice central location and a pleasant...
