Hi Donna,We are disappointed you found the bathroom 'not very clean' and the shower 'needing a good scrub' as we are very proud of our housekeepers, and of their high standards and care. Our apartments are all treated bi-annually by a certified pest controller. If any nasties sneak in between treatments we will arrange an urgent call out. Any housekeeping issues will be attended to immediately if guests have any concerns during their stay. Regards

Thank you for the feedback Charlie. Cleaning is our highest priority and we are disappointed that the apartment did not meet your expectation. Please don't hesitate to let us know if anything is not to standard, and we will always do everything we can to fix as soon as possible, including arranging our housekeeping staff to return to the apartment. The replacement door blind is on order and installation has been scheduled. Coffee machines are not a prerequisite in self catering apartments in Australia (unlike the US), however we do provide complimentary tea and coffee to all our guests. As per WHS guidelines the Body Corporate instructed the pool area to close for the morning, while external contractors replaced guttering on the second floor looking over the pool. It was a necessary action to comply with safety and risk guidelines. We hope to welcome you back to Offshore Noosa again in the future.
