'In August we stayed in Jason's houseboat for two nights. I was really excited about the idea of staying at the houseboat, but is was a bit of a deception. We are a family of four from Holland (Europe) and we're making a trip around Florida for two weeks. The minute we had our 4 suitcases on board, there was actually no space left for us. I obviously misinterpreted the space in the houseboat. That was a pity. The houseboat is old (I think) and it was not as clean as other (VBRO) places we stayed...

Boat died while we were on the intracoastal and and we were in a dangerous place with many boats coming close to hitting us. 'The hotel is nice. Staff really friendly. The coffee in the bar/restaurant is very very good. The bus (bus 150) at the airport stops in front of the hotel. On the busstop there are several busses that goes to all places you want to visit during your stay in Miami. The room was nice but not quiet. You can hear a lot but for us that wasn't a problem. I like a hard bed, this bed was very very soft, so that a personal preference. '
