Overall great value
We were very pleasantly surprised by so many things about our stay. We enjoyed the pool which was clean, warm, and well stocked with balls and pool noodles. The community room with a pool table, foos ball and shuffle board table was a fun surprise. In the home, the bathroom was new and very clean, the dining area was nice, the bedrooms were very good, and the family room was great. The only thing preventing this from being a 5 star review is the kitchen because the oven had such a bad odor that it was unusable and there were no pots or pans. That said, we’d be happy to stay again and it was a great value.

Trailer was perfect for our needs
Overall the trailer was clean and had everything we needed, the only problem was they never gave us the trailer number and we had to drive around till we for it. We called the number provided for any issues and was never given a call back.

This property worked out good for us because we had a family reunion 14 miles away.
For being an older mobile home the place was well kept. The bathroom was nicely renovated. We enjoyed the swimming pool. Quiet area was also nice.

Easy stay, quiet and relaxing
We enjoyed our stay. Got there Friday night after work and relaxed on the screen porch which was a great feature. Saturday we went utving during the day and then played in the game room at night. Nice place to staff for my husband and me and pet friendly. Clean. Main bed was a little too firm for our taste.

Nice location, very quiet spot
This mobile home is obviously quite old, and has had some upgrades. The front of the home is very nice and comfortable, and the screen porch is great. It is furnished and decorated in a very nice way. The bedrooms and bathroom are still in need of upgrades and are very musty and damp and smell that way. I know a lot of others commented that this was a very clean place to stay— that was unfortunately not my experience. Hopefully they can rectify that by getting in a crew that does a much more detailed job. I enjoyed the location, which looks out on the forest and is very quiet. It served my needs for a long working weekend well, but it does need some attention to make it a truly enjoyable stay.

Labor Day Weekend 2020
Our family of 4(two kids 6 and 8) came here for the Labor Day weekend for ATVing and kayaking. Below are my comments about the place. One thing I want to note is that it is big(almost 2 feet) from getting out of the tub/shower to the floor. Shower head is good though. There is a smell in the mobile home, like others stated, but you only notice it when you are gone then come back. Pro’s: -space was awesome for the 4 of us -LOVED the screened in porch, we were out there for 3 hours one evening -it heats up quick -nice furniture and new -beds very comfortable and new -nice sheets and towels -pillows were good -internet was strong -local channels on the TV -new items in the kitchen cabinets, nothing gross and old(however, we only ate breakfast at the place and didn’t go through everything) -really close to the gas station -mobile home community is really quiet -across from the place is a wide open area, great for kids to play -street lights in the mobile home park(in front of the place as well) -they had a “stick vacuum” which was super awesome and we were able to use it to vacuum all the hard floors -they have a shed on the property of the unit with camping chairs and a cooler -the pool is pretty clean, wish it were warmer though, but the kids played in there for 1.5 hours -Excellent price on the place Suggestions: -need more towels(bath and kitchen) please -shoe tray in the kitchen -garbage can outside, so we can put the garbage when full -get rid of the toilet cover and the rug by it -have a towel to put your feet on when getting out of the tub(rug is newer, but just yuck) We would probably come back in the winter time to go snowmobiling. It is a nice set up and great price and place.

Needs TLC
We walked in and thought “this is cute”. However, as we started bringing our things inside and getting settled, we noticed that the fridge would not close. My husband tried to fix it and ended up spending an hour rigging it up so it would close. Then 6hrs later we went to the fridge to cook and NOTHING was cold. The fridge was not working properly. This made for a very rough weekend. With spoiled food and only chips to eat and no fire pit to enjoy at night. It really wasn’t as great as we thought it would be. The place definitely needs some upgrades. At least the roof didn’t leak. I don’t think we will be back to stay at this place. We will definitely try another place in the area. The property manager was very kind and helpful.

Wrong wrong booked no communication from owner
It’s that simple my family had completely unpacked and we got called while out at slippery rock that we had to come back and move! I’m almost 6 months pregnant and had a small child with me and 4 other adults. So we had to stop being on vacation to go back and repack and move. When I tried to contact owner he would not respond text or email.

Yes, a communication error occured as to house number. I apologize for any inconvenience. I'm sure the 3 bedroom 2 bath home was easily confused when a 2 bedroom 1 bath home was rented. I'm glad property managers and maintenance staff were present to assist you.

Stormy Weekend
The property was great! We were lucky to get about 2 hours in the home before we were hit with a terrible storm. I am not sure if there was a tornado or not. We ended up with no power. I am not sure if or when they got power back in the area. We did end up leaving and not staying the full weekend as planned. When we are in the are again we do plan on trying to stay here! I must say the people in the park were great and very helpful to us!! Just a suggestion to have candles available for this type of situation.

This was a very quiet location. The house trailer is quite old but very clean. It could have used a little more airing out as it had a musty odor. The windows do not open but as it was a very hot weekend we turned on the air and by the time we had run it for 2 days it was getting better. It looks like all the furniture, linens and kitchen ware is new. Very nice. Bed was very comfortable. Only complaint was the bathroom. With a bad knee the very low toilet and very high tub and shower combo we had some difficulty. Could be solved with a couple hand bars. We did not have an opportunity to use any of the amenities but were impressed by the look of them. Would stay again with no problem. Take out the old carpet in the bedroom for a further improvement.

Everything was great. Only two minor things were the roof in the screen in porch leaks at the seem, so we were looking to put pots on the floor to collect the water so it didn't wreck the floor. It rained thru out our stay so it was hard not to notice as we were enjoying sitting out there so the bugs didnt' get us. Second the code for wifi was hard to find, I ended up finding the router and it was on there. I would have normally thought it would be in the welcome folder. Other than that it was nice and we will be back

Was nice to find place to go that allowed dogs
We enjoyed our stay very much. The pool was nice temperature and would have been even better with a hot tub. The one thing we had trouble with was finding a beach or lake that allowed dogs. We toured the trailers that were for sale and they were very helpful and polite. When we got there, there wasn't any extra toilet paper and no paper towels but the office was very fast to give us extra.
