'Very nice and welcoming owner. We got an upgrade to a room with sea view. We loved the room, very spacious and compfy beds. Perfect location to go to Boston by ferry. Just 10 minutes drive to Hingham where we parked the car for 4 dollars all day and took the ferry to Boston Long wharf. '

'What a wonderful find this beautiful inn was! Incredibly kind staff with infinite knowledge of the area. Room was perfectly apportioned and quiet with the most comfortable hotel bed/pillows I’ve ever experienced. Breakfast was different and terrific every morning and the coffee was fresh and A . Wine glasses and corkscrew was a lovely touch.'

'We arrived late, wich was no problem. The room was beyond expectation. So much attention to detail. Some top hotels can learn from it. We stayed at the Twins Room. Breakfast was very nice. Al home cooked and baked and local fruits. All in all a very pleasant experiance.'

'Perfect for my wife and I. Used as a home base to visit Salem. It was great... outside of the mayhem of Salem at Halloween, but only about 10-12 minute drive away. Marblehead was also beautiful and packed with history. The home was very clean and cozy. Everything we needed and more.'

'Hostess was superb. Property is comfortable. Cozy. Easy to relax in. Close to everything. We rented a car which gave us access to a wide range of places. Great restaurants. Close to small New England towns. Driver traffic etiquette honestly the best we’ve experienced any place including Europe. Easy to relax but so many interesting things to do. And the house - we will be back'

'We wanted a place to stay a couple of nights while we were celebrating Thanksgiving with my family. You could not have asked for a better location right across the street from the water and proximity to all points of Boston. Highly recommended… Hope to go back again some other time.'

'What a great house and great location. We stayed here while we were touring Salem (quick and easy drive to Salem) but I have to say that I probably enjoyed walking around Marblehead more, especially the historic district. What a quaint area. House is within walking distance to several restaurants and cute stores. Ate breakfast every morning at the Java Sun. Owners were so great on giving recommendations for restaurants and about the live music at one or two of the places. Would definitely stay...
