This property was clean and quiet and within walking distance of a magic grocery store as well as fast food restaurants. The big surprise was that a studio room included a washing machine and dishwasher.

Had the deluxe studio came with a seperate bedroom and king size bed, two spacious bathrooms nice lounge room and balcony. Had breakfast at the apartment hotel and that which was amazing aswell after a long night out aswell. Would highly recommend to a friend and revist in the near future aswell.

Stayed with 2 friends- was a very last minute booking as a different hotel in Parramatta (no names mentioned, but I wont be booking them again) cancelled our booking on the same day with no warning or acknowledgement. It was an extremely busy time in the area and a super hot day- the comfort and service we received from Nesuto was outstanding. The studio room had everything we needed- kitchenette, good sized bathroom for a small group, washer/dryer, etc. The Nesuto is a really affordable option for anything happening in the Rosehill/Homebush area. Given the stress from having to find a hotel with 1 hour only to spare, we were all very surprised and impressed by the Nesuto.

The property wasn’t a true 2 bedroom - one room didn’t have a door and opened up to the lounge room. Walking distance to supermarket, McDonald’s etc … but the the traffic noise was so loud in the main bedroom so bring some ear plugs!!!

The property was fine but no where in Wotifs site was a parking fee mentioned. All that was said was that parking was available. All other motels with paid parking had a mention and amount in their description. This one did not and charged me $15 per night for parking! Also the room was not serviced on the second day and nothing was in the room to explain the hotel’s services and the WIFI didn’t work. Will never stay there again!

The property was okay. The room we were given had webs and wasn’t properly maintained. The dishes were dirty, the TV was inoperable, we observed bits of black mould in the shower. Overall, you get what you pay for. The only good thing about this was the free breakfast and it was basic food, nothing over the top, does the job. The car park is a nightmare and extremely tight to maneuver the vehicle up and down levels. We needed extra towels and waited an hour to get them, they didn’t offer to clean our room or make our beds or replenish our toiletries and we were there for 2 nights. It’s next a busy road, so it was noisy. There is no real convenience shop nearby, the cafe was closed early on weekends and we couldn’t order and room service. We ordered Uber instead, which was the only option. Value for money -7/10 Hotel -5/10 I’ve had better experiences in motels.

Parking in Sydney can be very expensive, especially if you get closer to the CBD. We chose this place for its parking VIP-benefit and did day trips into the surrounding area, like the Blue Mountains from here. However, for discovering Sydney CBD we returned the rental car and moved to a hotel in the CBD.

We were visiting from New Zealand and attended the NRL grand final. The location of Nesuto was very close to Accor Stadium which was awesome. Nesuto was also just a walk away from the local Woolworths which was great. We will highly likely be back thats for sure.

Property location was exactly what I was looking for, and the staff were wonderful. Breakfast was great, as was the restaurant/room service options. Bed was comfortable, and the kitchenette and sleeping area were clean. Bathrooms could use an update - some stubborn mold in the shower.

Booked due to location, room was small. Door key cards, garbage. Took me sometime to get into my room everytime. Toilets/shower ugly and less than basic, toilet flush button wasn't even working as it was broken. Over all unhappy with the room considering the price. Would not book again at the same hotel.

Unpleasant Stay!
The rooms' lights are too dark and has no light around the kitchen area. The fridge is too small in considering we have stayed at a two bedrooms family unit. The Range Hood is too noisy and could not absorb the cooking smell. The drive way for the car park between two levels is too narrow! The carpet is too old and looks dirty.
