Good location easy walk to train station Darling harbour and eateries. The toilet was a little noisy when flushed and lighting could be improved. The cost of the accommodation was reasonable. I would use the Vibe hotel again if I needed to stay near Darling harbour

I found the reception Staff a little bit pompous and didn’t So I’ll read you what I wrote I found the reception start to be a bit pompous and did not read give full instructions on how to utilise it the hotels facility including the fob key in the Lift . I understand how the system works but not everybody does. It will be far better for people to tell the customers how things work, given the Hotel The bed was extremely uncomfortable as it kept moving in apart and away from the wall during the night a gap between the beds appeared which was uncomfortable

We had next door neighbours that were basically screaming at 2100. I know this is not the hotels fault but wanted to make a comment about it. Also clearly heard street traffic in early morning.

Ok Hotel but lacks well professional front person. I didn't feel the hospitality. Cleanliness of room furniture was also questionable. Bed sheets and bathroom were clean. In addition, the hallway was a little bit musty and smelly for me. I stayed on the 1st floor for one night. It was a bit noisy on the street side. Also, the room they assigned for me initially had sink drainage issues so I had to change. I stayed at Zara Tower Hotel nearby before and really enjoyed my stay there. Very clean and comfy bed. I prefer Zara than this one.

We didnt receive our bottle of wine on arrival but werejt too concerned about that. Our only complaint was the set up of shower over bath as you had to physically get in to get it set up and the toilet you needed two strong men to flush it. It was a terrible set up. On a positive note it was walking distance to the inner city and Museum station.

I’ve stayed her 4 times when I visit Sydney. Great location with easy close access to train station to airport. Loads of shopping and food options close to hotel. Courteous staff.

Overall cleanliness was ok, the room was very spacious. Old dirty non slip mat in the bath and pretty tired bathroom definitely letting it down. The rooms soundproofing was very poor. Street noise was heard very loudly in the room While some level of noise is expected in a busy city, the noise level sounded like the windows were fully open all night directly to the street. Hotel offers in room dining from the restaurant located on the ground floor. The menu in the room didn't appear to be up to date as the staff were unaware of items listed on the printed copy provided in the room. They also advertise a 24hr in room dining service, however when trying to phone through at 11:30pm there was no answer, and the QR code link gave an error when trying to select an item to order. Overall would not recommend or stay again.

This is average at best and was slightly disappointing to other Vibe hotels. The on-site bar and restaurant is very good: great food, wine and happy hour. The reception staff were really not interested, check-in was excellent, but all down hill from there. Won’t stay again.

I was initially given a room with substantial obvious water damage. I informed staff and they promptly changed my room to a nicer one which met the standards of what I expected from previous stays. They offered me a breakfast voucher which I found to be a very kind gesture for the inconvenience. I like the location, super close walk to/from Museum station with quick access to airport and great Asian food options close by
