'We had a great time. The house had everything we needed. We spent most of our time kayaking and fishing on the lake.'

'We enjoyed our weekend at Hilltop Haven! Very spacious and filled with things to do. Our children especially enjoyed the basement with pool table and darts! Close walk to the nearby lake and close to Lake Wallenpaupak. We loved having the option of sitting outside by the fire or inside of the screened in porch.'

'We had a fantastic time on our mountain house vacation. The house was beautiful….clean, comfortable furnishings, huge kitchen, and even a bottle of champagne included! CJ was a wonderful host. Very attentive and responsive. We had some questions about the heat and the lock code and he was right there for us, responding very quickly through text. We will definitely be renting this house again in the future. Thank you CJ!'

'Overall the house was very nice. All the essentials were provided. The beds and linens were comfortable and cozy. The water pressure and temperature in the showers was good. The property was nice, with many amenities. Few things were left to be desired. Some seating and/or additional surfaces in the bedrooms would have allowed us to keep luggage/items off the floor. The shower curtain was the fabric liner type, so it smelled like rotten towels. We had to provide our own propane and firewood....

'This was such a relaxing weekend away from the city…it rained the whole weekend but we still enjoyed every minute of it together in this house there was games, movies & the fireplace was a plus, the coziness of it was everything my daughter wanted for her birthday. 'This was such a great house for our girls weekend. Check in process with the home owner was so smooth. House felt clean, safe, and you can tell the owner puts great care into her guests. Such good communication. You feel like you are in the middle of the woods. The lake is beautiful! Highly recommend this spot. The only snafoo is that gate check in process was pretty strick so make sure your registration isn't expired!!'

'Everything was on point from the booking to leaving. The owner even let us have a late checkout. The place was amazing and the view was beautiful. The house had everything that you needed to cook and you really don’t have to bring anything but food. The rooms were decorated beautiful with all the cabin feel. 'This was our 4th or 5th year staying at this property, and we again had a great stay. They layout is perfect for a multi-generational group. The massive kitchen table allowed us to eat all meals together, and the multiple levels allowed us to spread out when we needed to. The owner was extremely helpful when we were trying to figure out the fireplace controls, as was the property manager. We definitely recommend!'
