We had a great stay.
The hotel is very nice and comfortable. The personnel is extremely friendly and they do their best to serve the guests. We stayed in a standard room with mountain view. The room was very spacious. The hotel is a bit isolated from the nearby village but this didn’t bother us because we were there just to relax and enjoy the sun. Right now there is a lot of construction in the area but we didn’t experience any nuisance from this. In a few years the area will be completely different with many other resorts nearby. The included breakfast was very good. Prices for lunch, dinner and drinks are high, unfortunately, but it is tasty. I would recommend Hyatt Place Taghazout Bay.

I would recommend and stay again, my only compliant is that the service near the pool could be allot better. It was hard to get towels most days and I waited 40 mins to be served lunch.

This is a really brilliant place to come and unwind, with faultless staff, amazing views, and well designed room (yay to not having key card slots). Everything is comfortable, the view perhaps the best in the region, and it is hard to leave. Mostly smoke free, even outside few people smoked, and you relax within moments of arrival. The location is stuck out the way, bigger water bottles, better toilet paper, balconies easier to open, and an outdoor hot tub would all be great additions, but this is miles ahead of most hotels in the region and makes the case that good hotels are better value than bad ones. Come for the views, stay for the service, and be grateful that whoever designed the hotel had stayed in them before.

The staff is amazing. It is not on the beach but I actually liked the vibe more than the other hyatt on the ocean. The pool food is terrible but the hotel buffet was great.

The rooms were clean, the the pool was lovely, the hotel itself was in very good condition and the staff are very friendly. The food in the restaurant was not particularly good and the service was a little slow. The reception were very helpful and the concierge quick to respond to any requests. There is a lack of water on offer, only tiny bottles were provided, meaning it is possible to get very dehydrated. There is a lot of noise coming from the surrounding areas that unfortunately not a lot can be done about. The free roaming dogs are extremely load every night and their barking kept us up a lot!

The rooms are old, dirty and just not worth the price at all. We left the property prior to the end of our stay. I just couldn’t remain in the room. It was full of cobwebs and spiders - awful.

Je recommande cet hôtel malgré une expérience mitigée. On est arrivées à 14h30 la chambre n’était pas prête, pas de soucis c’est sensé être prêt à 15h. On nous offre la possibilité de se détendre à la piscine. On revient à 17h30, il y a un problème avec le chambre, l’hôtel est complet mais on nous propose quand même une chambre en étage inférieur avec une moins belle vue. Je refuse et on attend, l’hôtel nous offre une boisson pour s’excuser. On attend 40 minutes, puis la chambre est enfin prête. On nous propose de nous offrir le dîner pour le dédommagement ce qui est sympa et commerçant. La femme de ménage casse une crème sans le dire et laisse les morceaux… Sinon bel hôtel, grande piscine froide et celle des enfants chauffée mais froide pour le mois de décembre. La nourriture au bar de la piscine et au buffet est très bonne ainsi que le petit déjeuner. Les lits sont trop fermes, il faudrait mettre un sur matelas! Possibilité d’aller au centre de Taghazout et à la plage du Hyatt regency avec la navette gratuite (10min). Le personnel est très sympa! Merci pour tout nous reviendrons!

Great views over the bay, excellent breakfast, good lunch options, didn’t try dinner. We stayed at one of the villas on the golf course. The pool was a bit cold there, but we could also use the main hotel pool. The staff were all very polite and helpful. We didn’t realise that the Hyatt Place was not part of Hyatt Regency, so while you can walk there (all downhill) in 10 mins or take a shuttle, you can’t use their facilities such as the spa and swimming pool. They have a really nice restaurant KM17 on the beach and particularly nice for Sunday lunch

Stayed at the Hyat place over the weekend for my sisters birthday and we loved it. Wasn’t too happy about the room we was first given however as we spoke to the staff they managed to get us another room the next day with an outstanding view. The staff were so friendly and the hotel was very clean and safe. Eveything was explained detailed and if we had any questions they were happy to help. The view from the balcony on the third floor was amazing it was a beautiful view with the whole of the hotel garden. We would defo recommend and will tell family and friends to stay here. Such a beautiful and lovely experience we had with them thank you!!!

Bel hôtel mais: - images télé qui gèle - jacuzzi et hammam pas disponibles Le plus gros problème, c'est le peu de réactivité : j'ai signalé le problème télé le premier jour personne n'est venu. le deuxième jour, au bout d'une demi-heure d'attente après mon 3eme appel, je suis allé moi-même à la réception pour qu'un technicien puisse venir constater le problème. Étonnant d'être aussi peut réactif pour un hôtel 5 étoiles Les buffets sont bons, malgré un choix restreint qui change quotidiennement

Excellent hotel & fantastic experience of Morocco
The hotel is very well located on top of a hill. The views are amazing. Its clean and well maintained. The staff members were very helpful - esp mention to Badiaa and Hussein at the reception along with Ahmed in the waiting staff. The food and service was great. We enjoyed the pool area and the hill top bar immensely. One suggestion -an adults only pool area would be very welcome. Overall an excellent stay...highly recommend Agadir and Hyatt Place for a vacation. Special mention for a fantastic cab driver - Aziz who drove us around to the interior / non touristy areas for a feel of the authentic Morocco. Utterly helpful and trustworthy. We left with amazing memories.

A Miserable Experience at the Hyatt Place
Awful experience! Totally unprofessional staff…reception staff is a total disaster….it took us 5 hours to check no towels broken air conditioning…after numerous attempts to get things fixed they moved us in a new room..we have been begging for a quiet room they put us in front of the pool where a duo of singers were offering a miserable performance. My wife and I decided to leave first thing next morning..we preferred to leave 2 nights on the table and avoid further frustrations!

Mauvaise semaine : l'hotel est confortable pour ce qui concerne la chambre grande et bien équipée, mais les prestations de restauration à part le petit déjeuner indigentes. Séjour attendu depuis fort longtemps et réussi avec un petit bémol pour les chambres se trouvant sur l’arrière de l’hôtel car la nuit, les chiens errants aboient et cela devient infernal pour le repos tant attendu…, la compréhension du personnel de la réception à permis d’être réorienté au bout de deux nuts Vers la piscine, pour des chambres supérieures de la même surface, mais sans les aboiements, cette fois-c, ni suppléments donc un grand merci à l’hôtel et à son personnel pour leur gentillesse et attention du début à la fin du séjour.! L ´hôtel est splendide avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et la baie de Taghazout, , ils est un peu isoler et au silence, tout ce qu’on peut espérer pour un séjour de détente, Je suggèrerai à l’hôtel d’opter pour des matelas un peu plus confortables car ils étaient trop dur à mon goût, mais cela est donc personnel. Le petit déjeuné est excellent et les snacks autour de la piscine suffisent amplement à passer une excellente journée avant de sortir des innombrables petit restaurant et village de pêcheurs ou alors du restaurant sur place. Bref, tout ce qu’il faut pour réussir un séjour Alors à bientôt pour un nouveau séjour, et à 3h de Paris, qui sera assurément réussi ..
