Het was er schoon netjes en het personeel was heel vriendelijk. Het is erg gehorig en de airco is heel luidruchtig.

De kamer is ietsjes kleiner dan in soortgelijke hotels in America maar dat doet weinig toe aangezien alle voorzieningen aanwezig zijn. Ziet modern uit en heel schoon. Bedden zijn uitstekend, airco maakt GEEN lawaai. Ruime keuze voor het ontbijt. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding voor dit hotel is top.

The beds were comfortable but the walls are thin woke up in the morning due to noise of people walking through the halls. But I would stay here again safe is nice and is pretty clean.

I made a reservation here bc we have no power at home due to storm. The staff called to tell me my reservation was “flagged” for being local. I told him we don’t have power so yes i am local. He proceeds to tell me they cannot give me a room bc of being a local and they DID NOT have power either. They cannot give me a refund either. stated i had to get refund through Expedia.. what a mess!

April, part of the front desk staff is wonderful!! She is welcoming, friendly and helpful. I won’t stay at this property again. Maid service is every third day. I came back to the hotel after my first full day in Tallahassee, after packing up my son’s apartment (he is an FSU student), to find my bed not made, there were no fresh towels and the room needed more toilet paper and tissues. After a long day i had to empty the garbage cans in my room, they are small and don’t hold much, and search the hotel for supplies. As a paying guest I expect certain services when staying at a property. Also the area around the hotel seems unsafe. Sincerely, Carla

My only issue the air conditioner was not working properly. It didn’t cool the room. The air conditioner would not turn on even with the thermostat stat at 73.

Where to begin...hmmm...a drug infested homeless den 12' from our window, vagrants running around topless or only in their underwear (what a warm welcome), vulgar shouting matches not only outside our window at 2am again at 3:30am and yet AGAIN at 4am--but the vagrants involved in the shouting matches were hanging against the deck of the clarion-screaming Fthis & Fthat for all guests to enjoy, the AC stopped working and the place became a sweat-hole, the toilet seat was broken, the paint was peeling all around the windows (great for my grandson to naw on), a nice big blood satin on the bench (how attractive) and musty-stench of mold throughout the damp environment. There are to many other disgusting encounters and discoveries to list. However, I have gone wild with photos of all noted above on many social media platforms, as well as Choice Hotel Corporate. The Clarion Pointe -Tallahassee is a mold ridden dump. -James Alexander

Awesome little almost boutique style hotel. Friendly staff and breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in a hotel. Def will try to stay there again in my next visit to the capital. Rooms were clean, bathroom spacious, and walking distance to a few food options. Decor was on par with high end hotels. Great stay.

The gentleman at the front was really helpful but the 1st room was not great. There were water stains that looked like mold over the heads of the bed. I asked to be moved to another room and that was better but overall all the rooms smelled moldy and the bathrooms and counters in the room and the bathroom were not cleaned to my liking. I wouldn’t stay again.

It may sound trite but I appreciate the fact that everything simply worked. The sink and toilet drained properly, the shower head was great, the A/C was effective, the lights all worked, there were working USB ports at the bedside, a new, large flat screen TV, refrigerator worked well, the beds were comfortable, there was very nice breakfast included with fresh fruits, juices, cereal, etc. The artwork around the hotel was low price but interesting, different, unique. Painted directly on the walls but in a tasteful manner. The overall location was pretty good from a tourist’s perspective. It was a short distance to the Automobile Museum and Maclay State Park, and less than an hour from Shell Point Beach in Crawfordville. Overall, it was a fair value for a fair price. As for the cons, it’s on a busy stretch of road and entering and exiting the lot can be challenging based on the traffic. There’s nothing to do within walking distance and the property next door (an old Chinese Super Buffet) looks like it’s been closed a long time and is very run down from the looks of it. The hallway carpets should be torn up and replaced with something “cleaner”, even if it was a sound dampened composite material. There were stains and it had a musty smell which really can’t be healthy in the long term, especially for staff. The gym was extremely basic, very small but the equipment all worked well.

It was my second time in this hotel. This time was good and not excellent because we had problems with the air conditioned and the options for the breakfast was two days in a row the same.

We really liked this hotel, beds and pillows comfortable (very important for us after a busy day), AC worked perfectly. The only thing they could improve is for people like us that stayed more than 3 nights, we wouldve liked to have some drawers to store our belonging. But overall, the hotel was really good.
