'We stayed overnight for a baseball tournament. This room was located very close and worked perefct for the quick trip. Fees that are added to the room seemed to be a bit excessive especially when your asked to take out your own trash. Either way worked for what we needed.'

'We loved staying at this beautiful cabin with an amazing view of the mountains and downtown Gatlinburg. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. My husband, our children, and I had a wonderful stay and look forward to hopefully being able to stay here again!'

'Love the whole entire concept! My grandson who loves trains was in HEAVEN! All the little details in the train and outside were absolutely perfect!!! If there was a negative it would be that the back area isn’t completely fenced in. When you have small kids close to that busy road it’s dangerous BUT the train, the cleanliness, accessibility and easy check in/out was on point!!! WAY TO GO!!!'

'The cabin was stunning. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a running stream just out back and even though we were close to downtown it felt secluded. The birds were singing and I saw a chipmunk, so cute. Wish we had more time there.'

'Really enjoyed the quietness of the location even though we were less than 10 min from Gatlinburg. We used the massage chairs every day from walking so much. Kate was awesome and checked up on us throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again.'

'Great little cabin for two. We enjoyed the walk-in shower and the hottub. We didn't have to drive far into Pigeon Forge to get to the grocery store or attractions. Somewhat secluded with other cabins up the hill. The deck would of been more appealing with the weeds/grass cut around it and the little creek cleaned up a bit, that's our only negative. Overall, we loved the cabin, and will book again!'

'Our family throughly enjoyed our extraordinary week spent here. With myself having mobility issues, it was awesome that all living and sleeping areas, and all entrances were on the main level. We loved the absolute seclusion, but was easily accessible to get to. Our only neighbors were a some bear families...alot of them. We adored their daily visits, just note, don't leave the doors open to soak up the mountain air...they will make themselves at home 😉'

'The property is quite large! Upon arrival, you come thru a huge detached patio area. PERFECT for family gatherings! Once you enter the home, you’ll be amazed at how spacious the inside is. The decorations and furniture are beautiful! The living room has a beautiful sectional and other seating and is so spacious! There is a bedroom on the main floor - again - decorated beautifully! 'We were very pleased with the location, customer service and accommodations at Rivercation. For our large group, everyone had a bedroom with their own bathroom. We were all impressed with the house and all it had to offer. Situated on the river was wonderful- relaxing to sit and listen to the water and a convenient spot to fish. It is about a 30 minute walk to the Gatlinburg Convention center (about 1 1/2 miles). Blake was responsive and helpful with messages. We would definitely stay here...

'This was such a wonderful place for the fur babies to stay, had a couple nice clean grassy areas for potty breaks, lots of room for a larger family if needed, it was a close walk to the strip and an easy drive to the craft village - overall great place to stay. Communication with manager was fast, courteous and professional.'

We would consider renting the cabin again. Possible future upgrades; screen doors and lining the driveway with reflective paint or reflectors.'

'Close to downtown walkable areas I wanna go. Can hear people talking so walls too thin. Toilets and floor n sink loose so can hear hear screws loosing n wobbling when use. Otherwise bed is comfortable.'
