とても素晴らしいホテルです!部屋の広さ、浴槽もついており、快適に過ごせました。ラウンジ付きの部屋で、日中はジュースで、夕方からアルコールも3時間飲み放題でした。軽食もついており、夕飯食べに行く必要もないくらいです。プールの陽当たりも最高で午前中、午後と一日中楽しめました。場所も5-10分歩けば日本食屋もやABCストアもあるので、便利です。また、日本人のマネージャー?が駐在しており、親切に色々と対応していただきました。グアムに行くなら、このホテルが1番です。キッズプールとビーチが工事中なので、完成が楽しみです。

Excellent customer service at check-in. Hotel staff are very attentive and helpful. The breakfast buffet in the morning is outstanding, with a wide variety of foods from which to select. The coffee is great! The hotel is slightly dated, however, it is incredibly clean and the rooms are very nice and stylish. Shower-head/faucet in bathroom is a little lower than I expected, but manageable. It will be a little difficult for taller people. Only a few English speaking channels on TV. Internet connections in room and throughout hotel are good. The hotel is connected to a large Mall.

清潔で快適でした。中心部から少し離れますが、苦にならない距離で、散策も楽しめました。 大人4人1部屋で予約し、エキストラベッドを1台入れてもらうつもりでしたが、後から調べたら不可能なことがわかり、1台で2人ずつなんとか使えました。 ランドリーは従来の25セント8枚ではなく、新しくクレカ式でしたが、洗濯乾燥で10ドルは高いと思いました。

Hotel seems unable to accommodate and keep up with demand whether it’s getting your room ready on time (3hrs late), providing adequate space for guests at pool, keeping up with food/drink orders by the pool, and buffet is overpriced for how hit and miss it is. As far a service goes, front desk, food & bev, and room service workers were all extremely nice & friendly. Lifeguards were ok. The property itself looks a lot better, but still needs a lot of work. Beach access was inconvenient, towel access by pool is inconvenient as you have to walk from one side of hotel to the other to get a towel if you’re in the kid pool area. Even though there was a towel drop off/pick up station I was told by lifeguard that they don’t pass out towels there, even though I picked one up from there the day before. Hotel is just inconsistent all around. Seems like a work in progress so I may try it out again.

The hotel was very beautiful. We love the food at the restaurant. The staff is so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help you. The rooms were kept clean and very nice. A must if you are staying in Guam

Overall property was excellent, but IHG member dont have much importance in comparison to non member. My co-worker who is a non IHG member has better treatment than me during our visit. Given 2 twin beds with gov't rate and was not given preferred window view when requested.

It's a nicely renovated property and the staff are friendly. Room was mostly clean, though I found the luggage tag/sticker from the previous guest on the floor in the bathroom. Front desk should check the system before telling the customer that they need to charge them for another night (I paid in full when I checked in).

クラブルーム付きのプランで宿泊しました。 ドリンク、軽食等が無料な上、最上階の部屋だったので満足です。 フレンドリーなスタッフが多くて、気分良く過ごせました。 朝食の時間にもよるとは思いますが、スタッフの数が足りていないかなと感じるところはありました。 賑わいのあるタモン地区から少し離れていますが、レンタカーがあったので不自由は感じませんでした。賑わいおある場所までは徒歩で15~20分ほどだと思います。
